Growth is a decision to take accountability for the self, to get to the root of every fractal character acting out the same lesson — over and over again. When this happens, I ask myself: is this a mirror or a boundary? MIRROR: In other words, is this character here to show me what I want and don’t allow myself or have? Are they doing something I judge about myself? BOUNDARY: Is this character violating my space and/or my psychological safety? Have I let them know where I stand with that? Truth is, these patterns repeat themselves to reveal my areas for growth, mirroring back a part of myself that needs tending, respect and often times, tons of compassion. 💙🧚🏻‍♀️ by @dearfreeda

I was gifted Cleo Wade’s book by one of my mentors — @littlecountryfox who has been sprinkling fairy dust in our industry since 2015. Naturally, we came together because of our love for design: the gift that keeps on giving 🫶. “The best thing about your life is that it is constantly in a state of design. This means you have, at all times, the power to redesign it. Make moves, allow shifts, smile more, do more, do less, say no, say yes — just remember when it comes to your life, you are not only the artist but the masterpiece as well.” — @cleowade #hearttalk #daretolead #heartcenteredbusiness #herstory #inspirationalwomen #dearfreeda taken in Los Angeles, California by @dearfreeda

Sometimes, you get what you want. Other times, you get a lesson in patience, timing, alignment, empathy, compassion, faith, perseverance, resilience, humility, trust, meaning, awareness, resistance, purpose, clarity, grief, beauty and life. Either way, YOU win. — @briannawiest #evolutionarywomen #experiencedesign #becomingsupernatural #quantumleap #inward taken in Los Angeles, California by @dearfreeda
