POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In Los Angeles members clubs, exclusive sanctuaries and invite-only spas are the norm. And they have their place.

But lately I’ve set out out to find the best hidden gem sanctuaries that won’t break the budget for regular nervous system support ✨

Comment RESET for a link to my list with tips, recess and logistics.

Back at @bennyboybrewing for Female Founders Night chatting about exiting my first business, growing my second one, checking into where you are on cycle when negative thoughts just won’t quit, and being reminded that we never have to do it alone.

A beautiful night, as always led by the amazing Chelsey, co-founder of Benny Boy Brewing 💕

Honored to share the stage with:

When what you could only imagine begins to appear, and the illusion of life begins to feel like a dream. #deluluisthesolulu 🍀

Getting clear on the life I desired was just the first step, becoming the person who actually felt like she deserved it — a whole other story.

It only requires one person to witness you in your vulnerability.

When you have a group of humans, initially strangers, to witness you in your humanity… this becomes fertile grounds where a hearty ecosystem can flourish.

Grounds for fresh roots and decaying roots can meet, relieving the other of their wisdom.

By moving, breathing, resting, reflecting, and intimately volunteering yourself to be witnessed. You offer space to feel into the sanctity of your feelings.

You can be of diverse backgrounds and welcome similar emotions such as betrayal, mistrust, abandonment, and rejection — all birthed out of fear. There is also the common thread of beauty being born out of HEART MATTERS, BECOMING THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE, JOY UNHINGED, RESTING IN PEACE, HUMBLY LOUD, ERGO EGO, FORGO EGO, LEADING, LISTENING, RELEASING; all synonyms to celebrate, manifest community and connection: a cosmic love story.

When you share your story, you free up space for your essence to bloom and to be felt. We are here to witness you in your totality.

September 2021. I was in an insane upward spiral of creativity — met with lust… edging towards insanity. I would dance in and out of scenes; from the office into a cafe, a speak easy turned into a nightclub, strutting down W 10th street, dying my hair varying shades of silver, purple, pink and blue. Stepping into botanical gardens and @yayoikusama_ infinity room, the reality of my dreams to infinitely create rose. 🌹

What can I have? What will I create? What can we build? What will we revolutionize?

When the façade drops. Every day is an opportunity to rewild your reality— learning to grant yourself #permission to reshape your personal society… that’s your #dreams made manifest.

…She said something along the lines of “you can drown your sorrows in the river.” I was so zenned out from meditation, when we sat down, I took off my shoes and I awkwardly sprawled over the rock hugged by the manicured grass embedded in the hill, four of my fingers touched into the riverbed. Unsure of what was to come, my friend began to massage the back of my heart. Tears streamed down my face. I was mourning the little girl who did not know then what she realized now: her own #innocence.

A while since the last post. I have been working relentlessly to realign this very interesting beginning of the year, filled with challenges, lessons and curve balls. I am always here telling you to live with intention and not forget your light. After this very beginning of year I have been challenged into believing in my own light. Believing I am worthy of what I built on my word, bringing to you another tool for you to stay compassionate and in your heart in gold, with special gems and a ton of self belief.

Just don’t forget to fill your cup. I heard that yesterday YOU HAVE TO BUILD THIS FOR YOU.
And THAT is right I am the foundation of this legacy.
The legacy of adorning yourself in compassion and self love. it’s time to show how unshakable this foundation is, even if we rebuild it again and again.

Thanks for my community, my sisters, my women role models who have entered the stage of my life and left and then come back and forth in their own dance so they can also stay present on their own stage and make cameos in mine. I love you all!

I am here with you still and I’m falling in love back with myself all over again. This is my decree.

Happy Saturday. Off to prepare for temple to create massive change within and without, in the Creator Destroyer Container by @edenamadora

Bringing with me an open heart.

Thanks for my sisters and community for the last year has opened so much
