It’s surreal to finally share this record with the world. It captures the most intense moments of our lives from this past season, filled with lonesome times and the highs that follow those deep, dark moments.
It’s a journey, and we want to take you with us.

Ultimately, it’s the moments we share that connect us.
The walls coming down, letting each other in.
That’s what this record is about:
embracing vulnerability to create true art.

We have so many people to thank. To our inner circle; our family and friends, you know who you are. Gotta be honest, this summer has been absolutely nuts. And not in a bad way. More in a “shake me, I think I’m dreaming” kinda way.

So much to celebrate—its knocking the ol socks off! Champagne was passed last night (thanks @thechelsearoom and @x929calgary for helping out with that)
What an honor to be a part of such a stellar line up and to bring in the 25th birthday of @events.gateway ✨✨✨ @craigdubdub you are a legend. It's been over a decade of working with you. Thank you for all the love.

Huge cheers to all involved @our_neck_of_the_woods_festival you've created something REALLY special. ✨ @yourmapleridge
Meetings fans and council members was a true honour. Hanging with new friends and old. And getting to play with @breanna.montague & @mylesphilpott was a pleasure. Thanks to @jameslbutler_ for making us sound so good.

And another little thanks to baby #2 — surfing in my belly during the performance. I felt you and I new you were cheering me on. 🥲

How we found out about baby #2 🩵🩷

There’s been lots going on music-wise lately, but I wanted to share a beautiful little moment with you. 🥹

I always kind of snickered at gender reveals… until we had one of our own and ended up bawling our eyes out and laughing until we cried.

It was one of those moments we’ll never forget. Our fam and friends shoved in to a little dock, as the skiiers revealed our next lil pal. taken in Chilliwack, British Columbia by @dearrouge
