Dear Strangers (@dearstrangersnyc) opened in 2024, founded by bar industry veterans Ivan Papic (@ivanpapic), Ivan Radulovic (@ivanradulovic_ ), Bratislav Glisic (@braca_glisic ), and Diego Rodriguez (@spaghetti_jack ).🥃

The concept blends Latin-inspired flavors with modern American cooking, creating a restaurant and cocktail bar designed for evenings out. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Diego Rodriguez, who brings a focused, dinner-driven menu that balances bold flavors with thoughtful technique. 🍽️

Open Tuesday through Sunday starting at 5 pm, Dear Strangers also offers a late-night menu beginning at 11 pm, along with Happy Hour from 5 pm to 7 pm Tuesday through Friday.

A new dinner and cocktail destination built by hospitality professionals who know how to run a room. 🍸✨
