Eleven bars. Four cities. One night in Brooklyn.

What started as an idea became something we won’t forget.

For BCB week, we brought together eleven bars to tell the story of how @teremana is made: harvest, brick oven, fermentation, distillation, aging, and sustainability.

Each bar took one part of the process and made it their own through cocktails, creativity, and hospitality.

The room was theirs.

Mil gracias to the talent who flew in, batched, hosted, and brought so much corazón to the night:

@romeosnyc · NYC · Harvest
@elmalo.atl · Atlanta · Harvest
@barsnack.nyc · NYC · Brick Oven
@barmauromx · CDMX · Brick Oven
@employeesonlyny · NYC · Fermentation
@bar_kaiju · Miami · Fermentation
@sipandguzzlenyc · NYC · Distillation
@despachomargarita · CDMX · Distillation
@dearstrangersnyc · NYC · Aging
@omma.bar · Atlanta · Aging
@millysongreene · NYC · Sustainability

To @vacationsbrooklyn, thank you for giving this idea a home.

To @bartendermagazine, proud to support your foundation scholarships for bartenders and their families.

And to everyone who came through… muchas gracias🙏

We opened the door.
The bars brought the soul.

Just wait until the end... Jeff Bell (@jeffreymbell) is about to give you his personal hit list for the West AND East Village. Check out one of Jeff’s many places in NYC, and you’ll definitely have a great time too: @pdtnyc, @cocteleriamixteca, @seekkeesnyc, and @highball_ltd (to name a few).
