I am always impressed by the ingenuity of people using my Teeth Lifting Bit across the World.

Everything from agility Drills and High-rep work all the way to Max-weight and Car Pulls. It’s fantastic.

What is even better is the results that people are getting. Not only from a training perspective, but also in terms of health and wellbeing.

The Teeth Lifting Bit is doing what I always argued it COULD do- fill in something that’s missing from modern life, and help make people a more complete human ‘machine’.

If I have made one of these for you, please feel free to share your experiences in the comments!

People that know me will roll their eyes/ laugh/ say “WTF are you doing?”

In all honesty I want to be strong in and out all over my body. Ever in an emergency? I want to be the guy you can count on!!

All this work was inspired by my good friend @steevee_maadeen which is awesome at BJJ. The doctors told me no contact sports that doesn’t mean I can’t train like it. Also sir I have a Rotti and a Cane Corso idk they still my destroy us in some tug o war 💪🏽

Also @deadliestlift and @billmaeda inspired me to purchase a @deathgripstrength mouth piece. (Which everyone needs to get)

I want to not only strengthen my jaw but also neck muscles

Don’t knock it til you try it

DM or comment ‘STRONG AF’ and let’s get to stop making those excuses and start to change

18kg of Hate, hand made for @thepigironprophecy

No pommel, finished with our secret *grippy* texture.

Very few could even attempt to swing this. Luckily, Glenn is…

I started off using one crash pad, and doing my heavy head bangers, while making insane jumps before it was time to start block pulling. It was interesting because when I got close to my last personal record, and then surpassed my personal record, I was pausing at the top by @deathgripstrength

@wsoo_mvmt contacted me recently to make him a pair of new Teeth Lifting Bits.

Unlike the Classic Bit, these ones are missing the raised ‘D’ in the middle.

The Classic is inspired but the old school Bits, and the raised D is meant to provide something for the tongue and potentially roof of the mouth to press against.

However- I’m not 100% convinced by that, and I’ve been wanting to make streamlined ones like William wants for some time now. The Streamlined will definitely make cleaning easier.

There are HUNDREDS of you using the Classic Bits across the world, and I’d like your input:
What do you think? Is the ‘D’ a useful part of the design, or does it get in the way? Do you feel it gives more grip, or are you concerned it could catch your teeth if you slipped?

Should the Streamlined Bit become the new Standard, or should both remain available..? Which would you opt for if you bought a new one?

Comments below!

I have updated and improved the Thunder Ball Rolling handle!

A more streamlined, and slicker finish- it used to be bare steel in a Black Frame, but I have replaced that with our *secret* textured finish, and honestly, I’m happier than ever with the result!

This particular one is heading to Wayland at @waylandshomegym

(Hope you like it!)

Available to order for £69.99

Death Grip can no longer sell items to customers within the EU.

Legislation requires me to Register and pay each individual nation a fee, while declaring each kind of packaging I use (cardboard/paper/envelopes etc.) These costs range from €300- €1,100 PER NATION, each year.

I would need to detail and document every single package I send to an EU country. There is also legislation controlling how much of the package is empty space can be within a box.

FURTHERMORE- legislation requires me to have a representative physically within each of the countries involved.

I would need to have TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION for each piece of packaging, and be able to reproduce it upon request.
This is impossible, because I recycle as much packaging as possible, which is quite literally the single best way to reduce packaging.

There are no exceptions for small businesses.

I’m very sorry, but if you live in the EU, this IS affecting you, and everything you buy. All I can suggest is you write to your local member of Parliament, and member of the European Parliament and demand they reconsider this. by @deathgripstrength

Watching @deadliestlift then @billmaeda do this suspension bridge pressing, I tried it on Sunday. Did the 20 lb kettlebells, then 30s, then 40s, then 45s. I knew my biceps would be the limiting factor so today I curled&pressed the 30s for reps, then curled the 40s and pressed 8 times. 50s I curled once, pressed 12..now the 55s lol 25 kg each. Not bad.
