Panorama 2025 🥁

So before I became a gym head, I was a musician and I learned how to play pan when I was growing up in Trinidad.

I stopped playing music for awhile cause I dedicated my life to sports and put music on the back burner for almost 10 years.

As I got older, I felt a void not playing anymore and I would look at my steel pan sitting in my case in my room staring right back at me. This year I decided to change that.

The amount of hours, long nights, level of frustration, anxiety, and everything in between, I can say that on this Trinidad Independence Day, I’m a proud Tenor Man.

This is what I dedicate my life to. The gym and pan (and partying on occasion 😂). While the place we got is not what we wanted, I know there is work to be done to change and and will change it.

Thank you to all my friends and family that showed up for me too.
