Panorama 2025 🥁

So before I became a gym head, I was a musician and I learned how to play pan when I was growing up in Trinidad.

I stopped playing music for awhile cause I dedicated my life to sports and put music on the back burner for almost 10 years.

As I got older, I felt a void not playing anymore and I would look at my steel pan sitting in my case in my room staring right back at me. This year I decided to change that.

The amount of hours, long nights, level of frustration, anxiety, and everything in between, I can say that on this Trinidad Independence Day, I’m a proud Tenor Man.

This is what I dedicate my life to. The gym and pan (and partying on occasion 😂). While the place we got is not what we wanted, I know there is work to be done to change and and will change it.

Thank you to all my friends and family that showed up for me too.

🇹🇹 Happy 63rd Trinidad Independence Day

1st Trinidad Panorama in the books.

(According to @johnnieboidrummin and @uncle_wiz “yuh finally pop you Savannah cherry 😭😭😭)

I don’t want to ramble but thank you @starliftsteel for allowing me to play with all of you this year.

Made new friends, played against friends and family, and kept the culture alive.

I’ll probably never miss another one again. 🇹🇹 taken in Queen's Park Savannah by @juriddim
