A massive shoutout to Levi’s and Big Ric! ❤️ To Levi’s, thank you for gifting me this incredible jacket. And to Big Ric, thank you for turning it into a one-of-a-kind piece of art, designing the front and back and adding your signature. Now that’s something special! I met Ric at Virgin Active, of all places. And you know how sometimes you meet someone and words aren’t even necessary? You just get each other. That’s what I call soul speak. Since then, after sharing a matcha at his place, we became family. Ric, thank you for keeping me safe, for showing up, for listening when I told you about my big, crazy dreams, and instead of laughing at them, pushing me to chase them. Your friendship, your belief in me, and our running crew have given me something money can’t buy: confidence, courage, and a sense of belonging. Some people come into your life and remind you who you are. Others remind you of who you’re capable of becoming. You’ve done both. I’ll forever be loyal to the people who stood beside me while I was still figuring out how to stand tall. Family isn’t always blood. Sometimes it’s soul speak. Big love, Big Ric. 🖤 #Levis #BigRic #SoulSpeak #ChosenFamily #WearYourStory by @debbie_ryan_poetry__

Ek wonder hoe? @frans_de_villiers @geskiedenis_van_braaibroodjies by @debbie_ryan_poetry__
