This end table was a " house" to all our children crawling underneath and playing, since our children are grown and have bought multiple houses of their own, time to donate. We have lived in our house for 45 years, moving has been tiring and a reminder of all our blessings, Every time it got overwhelming one of our kids showed up and got us over the hump. Thanks Jen, David, Matt, Lora. Nick, Mr G and my coach Jake who listened and offered muscle and a home for some of my treasures, New to us house and many more memories and blessings! by @debbiefitkin

Thanks for all the birthday shout outs, yesterday was a great day, started at the gym, reminded of all my blessings when I was called, texted and messaged all day and was outside planting and weeding, all of my favorite things. Shelly took me out for breakfast today continuing the celebration, life is good by @debbiefitkin

Thanks to The Gym: Iron Gorilla Barbell, spotters, loaders, refs and support staff for putting on such a well run and fun meet yesterday! Went 8 for 9 lifts. Back Squat 115k or 253 lb. Bench 55k or 121 lb and deadlift 127.5 k or 280.5. Lora and Griffon made it so much more fun showing up and cheering. Jake as a coach, meet director and human hands down is the best!! I still have vertigo when I do the bench, Jake has been so patient and resourceful keeping me moving forward and competing when the world goes a bit sideways. Last weekend I am 68 could not have found a better way to spend it. by @debbiefitkin

Thanks Valerie, spotters, loaders and judges for putting on a great meet, everything went fast and smooth and appreciated the grace when my vertigo kicked in at the bench. My family is always amazing, listening to me complain the last two months from having the flu and then vertigo is probably medal worthy. Jake you are amazing, could not have a better coach, keeping me safe while continuing to move forward. Radiance Chiropractic has been so helpful with getting the dizziness decreased and manageable. Thanks Jake, Rachel and Jim for coming with me this weekend. So blessed with everyone in my life and having the adventures continuing! This lift qualified me for World. #uspa_georgia. by @debbiefitkin

We have 20 to 30 pheasants on our road, that must have been the last hatch of the season, dumb enough to not know they can fly and smart enough that past the yellow sign they will be out of the city limits and they can be shot at whenever the season is. by @debbiefitkin
