As a (LMT), Elite Sports & Recovery Therapist/Performance Optimization Specialist,I’m so grateful that my profession continues to place my team & I in spaces where we get to experience & continue to work with athletes as they transition and grow whether it’s from collegiate athletes to Pro’s and beyond or high school to college. Nothing warms my heart more than to see them achieve their goals and live out their dreams!

As this remarkable team prepares to embark upon yet another season, it was truly special to pause and celebrate the magnitude of what they have already accomplished. Anyone who truly knows sports knows, a National Championship is more than a title—Like Coach KJ mentioned, it’s the culmination of countless hours of sacrifice, discipline, resilience, unwavering belief, highs/lows, and the courage to pursue excellence when no one is watching, plus some!

My prayer for them as we step into the next season is, may the strength forged, wisdom gained, and grit cultivated throughout the seasons before become the foundation that propels them into their next chapter. May they carry forward not only the memory of what they achieved, but the confidence of knowing what they are capable of to help fuel their passion to achieve even more and May what they have accomplished be the foundation, not the ceiling, of all that is still to come. 🏆❤️ ♾️✨

And for the new faces joining this extraordinary legacy, “The Freshmans,” may this championship serve as both a beacon and an invitation—a powerful reminder of what is possible when talent is met with purpose, preparation, perseverance, and an uncompromising commitment to one another!

So blessed 🙏🏾 that I was able to expand my borders & take
Healing Hands Sports & Therapeutic Massage @healinghands_stm 💆‍♀️🤲🏾 to the 2024 @olympics & offer our services! We enjoyed our stay, met up with friends & family, travelled to other parts of Europe & got to see history rewrite itself with all the amazing performances by the world’s top athletes !!!!
Can’t wait to see what the next 4 years brings!!!

As I reflect on this year’s Summer League and Sports Medicine Series, grateful is an understatement. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the @okcthunder for helping create the opportunity to attend the 2026 Sports Medicine Series.
Thank you to @sportsmedseries & @sportsbusinessclassroom for hosting such an impactful event. Thank you to every speaker who shared your knowledge, wisdom, and passion. Your insights challenged me to grow.
It was an honor to be surrounded by so many brilliant minds united by one mission: helping people recover better, perform better, live better.
I may not be a Polyglot in the traditional sense of the word, but as an Elite Sports Massage Therapist, my goal is to become one within the world of performance and recovery. I want to be fluent in the language of athletic trainers, physicians, PTs, strength coaches, sports psychologists, nutritionists, scientists and even other massage therapists. Because every discipline sees the athlete through a different lens. And the more I understand the language of others within the sphere of recovery and performance, the better I am able to perform my role within the scope of practice and help bridge the gaps between roles by communicating, collaborating and elevating our shared work.
Every profession speaks a different language, but every athlete deserves one cohesive conversation.
One thought has stayed with me: Language is not a chain. It is wings. It builds bridges, connects worlds & lifts us all toward a shared purpose.

That’s the kind of polyglot I aspire to be. Fluent in the language of performance, recovery, collaboration, and excellence!!!

Here’s to continuing to listen, to learn, to grow, because every new ‘language’ we learn has the power to make us better at serving those who trust us with their care.

🔑 Framework: Knowledge expands perspective ➡️ Perspective improves communication ➡️ Communication strengthens collaboration ➡️ and collaboration leads to better outcomes for the athlete.

Watching you pour your heart into @ou_wgymnastics and into the people around you has been such a gift. You were so much more than an assistant coach — you were someone the girls looked up to, leaned on, and genuinely loves.
I’m so grateful our friendship crossed paths with this chapter of your life. Your kindness, strength, and heart have impacted so many in ways bigger than the sport itself. While this may be the end of this chapter, the impact you made will stay with us forever.
