🔹OKHWC Spotlight: Deborah John🔹

Deborah, a native of the Caribbean island country of Trinidad and Tobago, now resides in Weatherford, Okla. where she is currently training for the 2020 Olympic Games in track and field. Her athletic career has been marked by numerous prestigious accomplishments including four National Championships in the 100m hurdles and qualification to the IAAF World Championships. At the 2017 London Championships, she suffered an injury that required significant rehabilitation and perseverance. After moving to Weatherford, Deborah continued her injury rehabilitation with our team at the Oklahoma Health and Wellness Center and is now well on her way to reaching her goals of securing a spot in the 2020 Olympic Games. •

•
In addition to her training, she is currently competing for the title of Ms. Health and Fitness 2018. Stay tuned for a special video message from Deborah to learn how you can get involved with #mshealthandfitness2018!
