One of the biggest reasons I’m so passionate about doing aesthetics properly comes from my own journey 🤍

When I was younger, I struggled a lot with my confidence and how I saw myself. I would go for treatments without really researching who I was seeing or whether I even needed them — I just wanted something “done”.

As I’ve grown older, and now working as a nurse in medical aesthetics, my perspective has completely changed. My goal isn’t to change how someone looks — it’s to help them feel confident while still looking like themselves.

Part of that means being honest. Sometimes that means guiding someone towards treatments that will genuinely benefit them, like focusing on skin health or subtle enhancements. And sometimes it means saying no if something isn’t right.

My own experiences are the reason I care so deeply about this. I want to help people make safe, informed decisions, not choices that come from pressure or insecurity.

For me, aesthetics isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about confidence, education, and helping people feel comfortable in their own skin ✨

If this resonates with you, or if you’re unsure where to start, I’m always happy to chat things through. My consultations are free, and we can talk about what might be right for you.

You can book via the link in my bio or send me a message anytime! taken in Glow Medspa Inverness by @dedicatedcreative

Shoot wrapped for @colemortimer.1

The boy absolutely killed it today — his best look to date, and incredibly rewarding when it all comes together 🤝

Full credit to Cole for conducting himself like a true athlete throughout the entirety of this prep — it genuinely shows. The commitment and effort he applies to the process are clear, and I know today’s outcome will only push him to strive for more. That’s something I back tenfold.

I’m incredibly excited to watch this man continue to grow into 2026. Big goals ahead 🤝

💉🐟 PLENHYAGE 🐟 💉

☑️ Plenhyage injectables are based on polymerised polynucleotides (PN / PDRN), often derived from salmon DNA.
☑️ Once injected into the dermis, these polynucleotides will stimulate your skin’s natural repair processes— activating fibroblasts (cells that produce collagen/elastin), promoting new collagen and elastin formation, increasing hydration, improving skin density and elasticity, and supporting tissue regeneration.

Plenhyage treatments are used for a variety of skin concerns, including:

💉Signs of skin ageing — wrinkles, fine lines, loss of elasticity, sagging skin.
💉Photo-aging or sun-damaged skin.
💉Scarring, including acne scars and other scar tissue.
💉Pigmentation issues or uneven skin tone / hyperpigmentation.
💉Areas with thin, fragile or dehydrated skin (e.g. under-eyes, neck, décolletage, etc.)
💉 Can also be used on body areas beyond the face: neck, décolletage, arms, thighs and knees.

A firm favourite here at A L Paradise Aesthetics. ✨
