Face to Face Friday!
I haven't had a crazy weight loss story in many months (a big frustration for me), but there has been a different kind of transformation - one that I am tremendously happy with. The picture on the left here was from almost 16 years ago, on vacation in the Bahamas. The girl on the right is the same girl 16 years later...

The girl on the left wore that fake smile more often than not. However, she was exhausted, unmotivated, and 4 months postpartum. She had basically quit working out regularly, and she had all but given up on her self care to be a mom of 2.
The girl on the left had weighed close to 300lbs at that point - and was still gaining!

The girl on the right is so much happier. She’s wearing this smile as a standard expression again. She’s happier, she’s exercising, she's healthier, and she’s coaching. And it was all because the girl on the left finally had enough and was willing to give up something great for something else that *could* be amazing.

She took a chance, took a leap, and plunged into the unknown. And that risk paid off. BIG time.

Can I ask you something? Do you feel you need permission to try something crazy? Maybe you need someone to tell you the unknown may be scary - but it can also be worth it. Is that you? If so, you need to hear this:

▪︎ You are worth the chance
▪︎ You CAN do it - whatever *it* is
▪︎ God is in control
▪︎ You are worth taking the chance

You KNOW what YOU need. Maybe it's time to pull the trigger. Maybe it's time to take a crazy chance. I am living proof that taking the chance can really turn out well. I'd love to show you what is possible. And if, by chance, you need a change but don't know where to turn? Let's chat about that, too.
