WE. DID. IT. 🇺🇸 🙌🏼

I can't take credit for everything that had happened over the past couple weeks. It's been a lifetime in the making. And now a sigh of relief 😌

To every coach and program that has never given up on me and seen the potential...

To every teammate, past and present, who has pushed me beyond my limits...

To every massage therapist, doctor, and PT that has put me back together and made me stronger...

To every friend who has understood why I can't be there for the big moments...

To every member of my family who sends me love on the holidays from across the world...

To everyone who has been a part of my life... the good, the bad, and the ugly...

WE did it! 💙💛🖤💚❤

Grateful for the people I met this past month and the lessons I learned at Army Advanced Leadership Course in Fort Dix, NJ. A lot of class hours, a lot of early morning and late night workouts, a lot of stress and a lot of smiles.

I didn't take many photos this month but the ones I did take or got from my battles were some of the best memories. From the base to the beach and lots of roads in-between... it was a long four weeks but in the end all worth it.

Until next time Bravo Keyboard Killers... Ctrl+Alt+Delete

Ended my first WCAP tour last month and wanted to post some fun photos with the leadership team and give a big thank you!

Thank you for believing in me.
Thank you for supporting me.
Thank you for pushing me to be a better NCO.
Thank you for the challenge.
Thank you for showing up at the Olympics!
Thank you for being part of my first World Cup medal!

The US Army, VT National Guard, and World Class Athlete Program have given me the tools to succeed in biathlon and I am so grateful for everything this journey has taught me.

It is a honor and privilege to represent the United States of America and wear the American Flag in and out of uniform. 🇺🇸

It's running szn!! 🏃‍♀️ 👟

Sore legs, sore feet, new blisters, I LOVE RUNNING!

QOM 🐐 and 2nd overall!!

Such a fun race put on by @sleepyhollowmtnrace at @cochransskiarea Chasing down and being chased by @vermamas_swimrun some badass Mamas!! Photos by the great @joevigerphoto Videos by my most amazing support system @robby.burns.snowboarding

Something about running communities always makes me feel at home. Maybe because running was my first true love ❤️ Or maybe it's just seeing a community of people who love to push themselves and support eachother. Either way... I think I'm going to have to sign up for another race soon!

Comment which race I should try next this summer!!

Mount Shasta Summit 14,179 feet (4,322 meters) 🏔
7,300 ft elevation gain 📈
11.5 hrs round trip 🫠

I've wanted to climb this mountain ever since I laid eyes on it 4 years ago! The adventure did not disappoint! That was the most exhausting, difficult, miserable, and truly amazing mountain climb I've ever done. Type 2 kinda fun is my favorite 🤪

Thanks @thefifthseason77 for the climbing gear!!
