June 1st, 2019. This right here is the last photo I took of my mom. The following week we learned she had cancer and our lives haven’t been the same ever since.

Who knew when I took this photo it would be my last time having the honor and privilege of her being my favorite model.

It’s crazy to think how life can change in the blink of an eye and yet no matter the time that has passed it still seems like yesterday that you left us.

If you know me, you know I am and always will be a mama’s boy and proud of it.

Now don’t get it twisted this isn’t a feel sad post, this is celebration post. For she will always be my first love. This is also a reminder for y’all to love and appreciate your peoples while they are here, because tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone.

Leg day finisher. Keep the focus on the quads. I am determined to wear nothing but dad shorts - all shorts stopping right at my quad’s tear drop next summer 😅

Finished with some core work.

Going back to the basics and more body weight and exercise. I actually enjoy this more than lifting weights, miss my gym in Germany 😢

Been far too long since I played with the rings. Going forward I will dedicate at least 3 days week to this training.

Today is also another special day, my sister’s bday Annette “Shellie” aka “Pookie”Parker.

man the stories we have growing up, especially on Lauretta Avenue. If I had any problems I would go run and get her, she basically ran the block 🤣 which meant her younger brother “me” ran the block haha.

Aging like fine wine shorty, that Parker bloodline.

Happy birthday Pookie, luv ya 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

On November 23, 1987 my mom gave birth to my right hand man, my best friend, my brother.

Wouldn’t know where I would be in life without you man. You are a blessing to our family and everyone that has the privilege of knowing you.

I don’t own the rights to this music. Simply using this under the “fair use” of copyrighted content. Not using for monetary gain just think the song is dope. So don’t block it Instagram - Danke Schön by @deeluv82

Man you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t a 12’ O clock boy out here in Vegas 😂. Had Meek Mills playing in my head the whole time lol. This was definitely the highlight of the trip for me. I am gonna look into buying one of these soon. Was so much fun.
