If you're making fall breakfast, you need this cinnamon butter.

It's sweet, warm with cinnamon, and takes about two minutes to throw together. I originally made it specifically for my pumpkin pancakes, but honestly, I'd put this on toast, waffles, muffins, biscuits... Literally wherever you want to give a fall boost of flavor.

Cinnamon Butter
1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt

I learned this the hard way: DO NOT trust the box when it comes to stuffed shells lmao

I followed the package directions twice and ended up with shells that were basically massacred. After sacrificing two entire boxes, I finally figured out that you went to UNDER-BOIL them so they're still firm enough to stuff without tearing.

For me, 4-5 minutes was the sweet spot. They finish cooking in the oven and come out perfectly tender.

Leftovers don't have to just be heated up over and over again. One of my favoriteeee ways to use up leftover spaghetti (or other leftover pasta!) is to take a note from @mrsvitale and make a spaghetti pie!

It's similar to the Macaroni Pie my family makes every year on Good Friday, but much faster, done in a skillet, AND I add whatever chopped up cheese and meats I have on hand. I love it so much, particularly brought to the beach as a little snacky snack.

Measure with your heart, but make sure you use: eggs, chopped mozz, chopped salami, Locatelli, leftover pasta.

Add oil to a skillet and the mixture. Cook on medium-low for about 30 minutes. Flip! Spray the pan with non-stick spray, add it back in and cook until set.

I wanted apple bread that actually tasted like apple pie.

So instead of just throwing raw apples into the batter, I cooked them down first with brown sugar, and apple pie spice until they were soft, glossy, and basically apple pie filling.

Then I folded those cinnamon apples right into the bread and piled more on top. The result is a soft apple bread with little pockets of spiced apples throughout.

I mean does anything hit like some classic baked rigatoni (or ziti is that's your vibe).

Easy peasy and exactly like every version I had growing up.

For the cheese mixture:
- ricotta
- freshly shredded low moisture mozz
- Locatelli
- couple ladles of sauce
