Private instruction.... Some students truly excel with 1 on 1 training... She's killing it by @defenseeducationservicesllc

Had a great time training in Charleston D.R.A.W. School. Now certified as an Advanced Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor. Alot of great stuff, even doing things with only your support hand can be tricky under time to include fixing malfunctions. The (2) #8 ring shots are from 25 yrds in the prone position. by @defenseeducationservicesllc

Out here running that Kuna.. This is the perfect backpack setup. That YHM R9 with HUSH ammo goes CRAZY by @defenseeducationservicesllc

Another training session. Trying to get better. by @defenseeducationservicesllc

Since back in March, we've had some good training days. Now that we crossed that 2k round count suppressed, she needs to be cleaned 🤣. @fenixarmory definitely got that recoil control 🔒 🍻 by @defenseeducationservicesllc

My man Trav and I train often and always have a blast. No pun intended. by @defenseeducationservicesllc

When we aren't teaching, we come out to train and have fun doing it 😀 by @defenseeducationservicesllc

Today, we had Chief (US Army Retired) and his wife take private lessons after previously attending our Free Safe Carry course last week. Mrs. Chief hadn't shot her firearm in over 30 years. She was using a .38 special hammerless revolver, and within 1 hour we were able to get her on target out to 11 yrds.

We don't strive for perfection, but we do strive for results and that is how we progress. They were so pleased with their experience, they even registered for the Free SC CWP course with DES. by @defenseeducationservicesllc

Springfield Kuna with Sig Romeo 5 optic, and Yankee Hill Machine R9 Suppressor. Running 165gr 9mm FMJ Freedom Munitions "Hush" ammunition. Yes, that is real name of the ammo.

The thing doesn't move. 147 grain Nosler Suppressor ready JHPs worked really well also. Not as quiet as 165gr, but really good. by @defenseeducationservicesllc

The Free SC CWP program was created as a condition of the SC Constitutional Carry Law of 2024. Laws are funded by tax revenue. That means your SC tax dollars contribute to this program. The way I see it, your money is being reinvested in the communities by providing free training on how to lawfully exercise your right to protect yourself and your loved ones.

No, a CWP is not required in SC, but why not use a training opportunity to gain knowledge that you may not have, and its already paid for. You will be provided information on handgun safety and shooting fundaments, legal information regarding the use of deadly force, deadly weapons, and more.

At DES we are passionate about sharing knowledge, helping others help themselves. I've dedicated my life to helping educate and serving others In this very way.
