Found this gem — Pop Killer shop in Tokyo Japan Town, LA — and scored a few fire tees. My son Ryu is a huge Godzilla superfan and he found the coolest shirt there! ❤️‍🔥📸

I also adore their signage outside. I love how they mash up Totoro + Godzilla. Totoro’s usually the soft, gentle giant, but Pop Killer turned him full Godzilla mode — somehow cute AND terrifying. We watched the Godzilla Minus Zero official trailer that came out yesterday, and we are excited to watch it coming this Fall. Are you a Godzilla fan?! We fell in love with Godzilla after seeing how much Ryu loves the monster! 🔥

Tiger’s Roar Taekwondo Championship was a good one. Talent shone through once again, and congrats to all who competed and showed up and showed out! We saw a few first-time competitors, and it was so exciting to see them get a taste of competition and want to keep challenging themselves. #athlete #instagram #corefma #martialartist taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @define1lady

I had the courage to climb with these mountain wolves to the highest point of Kraft Mountain at 4,695 ft! It was a battle, but I’m glad we made it down without needing the choppers to get me. ❤️‍🔥💧🌄 🐺 #corefma #leadlikeawolf #instagram by @define1lady

It’s been a while since I posted on Instagram—I had to take a break, and I’m so glad to be back. I caught up with my ladies this weekend, and it was nice to slow down and unwind from everything. 🌸🍸

We have some exciting news coming soon, and I can’t wait to share it with you all. Happy Friday!

🏆💜 Raizo is now a 2x Grand Champion, and Ryu finally earned the title of Grand Champion! They really put their heart and soul into the weekend, and we are so incredibly proud of our boys.

Another year of unforgettable experiences with our @corefma family and our friends in the martial arts @globaltraditionalmartialarts community at the 2026 GTMA Global Celebration. We loved watching our friends compete, supporting each other, and connecting with others who share the same passion for competition — it’s so valuable to be part of that. Super grateful!

We couldn’t have done it without Master Pyne, Mrs. Drachen, our Core Pack students and leaders, and all of our friends and family who helped lay the foundation and believed in us every step of the way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

It’s been amazing to watch these boys grow, develop, and build such great friendships. We hope they continue this journey side by side until one day they become Masters themselves. ❤️‍🔥🥋💜 by @define1lady

Last week, my Raizo competed at the Jam On It All-Star West Coast National Championship basketball conference with his teammates from LV Aces. I think they did well, with a few nice assists, though they lost a few games. There’s still so much room for growth — both in skill and confidence in this sport. So grateful we met a few wonderful families along the way who are helping him build more confidence, on and off the court.
