& breathe, Monday is out of the way.🫶🏻☕️

This morning was about self reflection, instead of thinking what has gone wrong in life, I thought about what has gone right & the things that I am grateful for… 💛 & one of the things I focused on is that I am healthy enough to train for the London Marathon! (If you would like to donate, there’s a link in my bio 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻)

I hope every everyone had a peaceful and a self forgiving day xxxxx by @definewithdias

first day back in the gym… starting soft with core & cardio (my fave, but don’t tell glute day 🤭🎀)

keeping everything slow, controlled, and intentional 🩰💫 going a little lighter today and easing back into it 🤍🌷

Hey gym girlies… it’s been a minute 🤍✨

life threw me a bit of a curveball recently — what I thought was just a pulled muscle turned out to be a kidney infection that got pretty serious - even life threatening !!!!!!😳

but on a brighter note… I’m finally on the mend and slowly finding my way back to the gym 🏋️‍♀️💞

feeling so grateful for my body, my health, and all of you — thank you for the love and support always 🫶🏻🩷

back to doing what I love, softly & steadily ✨

I have come along way in just a year!🥺💞 IM NOT SICK ANYMORE MOMMY !!!! Eeek - I promised my mum and I have kept to it 🥹🦋

I have not only got my body back to being healthy, I have got my colour and glow back. Food was my biggest enemy and it has turned into one of my greatest friends 🤣 - I really wish my mum was here to see it, but I know she’s in heaven with a proud heart 🤍🫶🏻

Uh oh - it’s honestly a full time job with only a limited amount of hours in the day - but as a trusted source once said “we all have the same 24 hours in the day, it’s down to you what you do with them” & tbh I couldn’t agree more 💓🌸💘🎀

Also - side note, fitness girls are just the kindest sweetest humans ever 🫶🏻
