✨EBON DOOLEY LEGACY HONOREE SPOTLIGHT✨

Deidre McDonald is a visionary who amplified Atlanta’s global role in film as the founding artistic director of the @bronzelens Film Festival. A champion for Black filmmakers, filmmakers of color, youth advocacy, and media equity, she helped build a platform where stories once overlooked now shine. For McDonald’s dedication to film/TV and community, and the ways she has amplified Black voices in cinema, we honor her.

Join us to celebrate her on Oct. 12!

Big News!

I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be speaking at the 16th Annual @BronzeLens Film Festival on the panel:
"The Art of Wardrobe and Design in Visual Storytelling" 🎭🧵

📅 Date: Saturday, August 23, 2025
🕐 Time: 1:00 PM
📍 Location: Tara Theatre, Atlanta, GA

Wardrobe isn’t just clothing—it’s character, culture, and context. It’s how we build worlds, tell histories, and reveal truths without saying a word. I'm honored to be invited and can’t wait to join this amazing conversation about how costume design shapes the stories we see on screen.

If you’re in Atlanta, come through for an inspiring afternoon with incredible creatives sharing their craft.

🎟️ Visit BronzeLens.com for festival passes and event info.
