This morning, I taught a rooftop yoga session that left me feeling incredibly grateful. The energy was electric, and the view was breathtaking!

The energy of the city beneath us, combined with the fresh air and sunrise…perfection! Thank you @lifetime.nyc for these ever growing moments 💜

Join me for our next rooftop class and let’s flow together.

So happy to announce I will be teaching at this years International Yoga Day in Miami 🥰 I’m so honored to be home and to be able to teach and flow with my community. What used to be so frightening is now so invigorating to share. Grateful for every teacher and mentor from @samyamacenter for carving this path for me, especially @devlin_gold for believing in me those first few weeks. Thank you all at @namastelifeevents for having me. This is a FREE EVENT, so come out if you’d like to join and flow together. Beginnings of an #espressoflow 3-0-5! 🥰😝😘🧘🏽‍♂️ #internationalyogaday #miamivibes by @delayla

✨ Beyond the Roar: The Magic Behind The Lion King Musical! 🦁🎭
Ever wondered what makes The Lion King such an unforgettable experience? It’s not just the music or the stunning visuals—it’s the incredible performers who bring the story to life! From singing and dancing to seamlessly moving as their animal characters without losing their human essence, every detail is pure magic! ✨🔥
We even had the chance to go behind the scenes and talk with Sasha Caicedo (ensemble, the cheetah), Michael Reilly (puppet master), and Darlene Drew (flutist), who shared their incredible insights into the artistry that makes this production so special! 🎶🎭
Now’s your chance to witness it all up close! 🎟️ Don’t miss The Lion King at the Broward Center in Fort Lauderdale from March 6 to March 30—a show that will leave you in awe! 🦁✨
