The answer is no. We don’t only play Grateful Dead tunes. Or like Pat Swazey said in dirty dancing, “nobody puts baby in the corner.” And we wouldn’t paint ourselves or anyone else in a corner. I had the absolute pleasure of teaching @georgetown_sailing yoga on Friday afternoon. We sweated, we laughed, and ultimately we focused on how using breath to mitigate the fluctuation of thought can improve performance on the water, and well, anywhere.
