What a weekend: 4 days, 3 nights. Ithaca, NY.
Spent in a beautiful home in the hills with an incredible view, hiking, amazing food and watching my beautiful friends shine for their first yoga retreat collab.

Lots of hugs, laughs, tears, pour overs, connecting with current yoga buddies and making new ones.

@julesgrodensky & @deliberately_breathing I am so proud of you and so blessed to have you in my life.

Can’t wait to be in the same room with all of you again.

The answer is no. We don’t only play Grateful Dead tunes. Or like Pat Swazey said in dirty dancing, “nobody puts baby in the corner.” And we wouldn’t paint ourselves or anyone else in a corner. Our music tastes are as eclectic as a thrift store record bin. Come hop on the bus💜💀⚡️🥀💜

AI will never replace this feeling. The feeling of walking into a yoga room and being surrounded by real people.💫

The smiles.
The sweaty high-fives.
The laughter.
The shared struggle.
The energy you can feel when a room full of people breathes together.
The friend you didn’t know you needed.
The feeling of belonging.

Because yoga has never just been about the poses.

It’s about connection.
Human connection.
The kind you can’t download, automate, or recreate.

So keep showing up. Keep sweating together. Keep breathing together. Keep connecting.✨️🤍🧘🏻‍♀️

🍂FALL--108s🍂

108 times to move.
108 times to breathe.
108 times to shift the energy.

Because sometimes we have to shake things up to create something new.

To shed the layers that no longer fit.
To release what we’ve been carrying.
To make space for what’s next.
To honor the version of ourselves we’re leaving behind…
and welcome the version waiting to emerge.

The equinox reminds us that balance isn’t about staying the same—it’s about learning to move with the seasons, the shifts, the changes, and the unknown.

We sweated.
We breathed.
We let go.
We made room.

For new energy.
New intentions.
New beginnings.
New versions of us.

Here’s to falling into a new season—
a little lighter, a little braver,
and always a little more WILD & FREE. 🍁🔥
