5th Generation Angel Remixes are here!

01 - 5th Generation Angel (@__laced Remix)
02 - Luminous Dawn ft @alice.km_ (@katatonic_silentio Remix)
03 - Hunnï (@rroxymore Remix)
04 - Hunnï (@sister_zo Remix)
05 - Vis á Vis (@fauxbits999 Remix)
06 - Dance of the 7th Veil (@_enereph Remix)
07 - Visceral Vessel (@m_a_rtini Remix)

YUKU & Delusional Records unite to present Maude Vôs’, 5th Generation Angel Remix Compilation. With 7 reinterpretations of the originals, we celebrate the reach & impact this record has made with femme & nonbinary artists from across the globe. Mindfully curated, these reimagined remixes fuse the essence of the originals, bringing experimental breaks & bass to new biomes.

The release opens up with Montreals laced, toting the title track 5th Generation Angel into a lush utopia of textural breaks & harmony heaven. Milan’s Katatonic Silentio, carries the meditative qualities of Luminous Dawn into an incandescent soundscape of polymathic beats, entangled with the rich vocals of alice.km. Berlin’s unparalleled rRoxymore, grounds the EP with a progressive deep dub cut of the super star track Hunnï. New York’s iconic Sister Zo, energizes the release with her dynamic club groover of Hunnï, the perfect take for a late nighter. Jan Loup from Toulouse, captures the tension of Vis-à-vis with a deluge of textural bass elements immersed in a swamp of circulating synths. Seattle’s, Enereph lifts off with a genre blazing remix forging footwork & braindance, cultivating a magical elixir of Dance of the 7th Veil. Brooklyn’s, Martini taps the bodily flow state of Visceral Vessel, bringing the track into a meditative whirlpool closing out the EP flawlessly.

So much gratitude to these incredible artists for being a part of this heavenly ascension of 5th Generation Angel. In awe of the creativity & connection these 2 records continue to bring into my life. Biggest luv to Ida & Jef, as they have been beyond supportive & believed in my angelic vision since day one.

🌀🇵🇸 Delusional Records is extremely honored to join as a co-signer of the Boycott Room Rave, a fundraiser dedicated to materially supporting artists who refused offers from Boiler Room and its gen*c_de-funding parent company, KKR. As a queer and femme-fronted label, Delusional stands in unyielding support of Palestine and of indigenous people everywhere, and is committed to upholding the principles of Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS). Art and music are SACRED, and we stand against the normalization of institutions like Boiler Room, whose private equity owners enrich themselves through investments that directly support campaigns of ethnic cleansing and environmental destruction.

If you are in New York this weekend, please come out to support these artists, and follow @boycottroom for more information and updates! taken in New York by @delusional_records

Surreal to say the records are here and in hand. It’s hard to put this journey into words because in reality it started at the piano when I was 3 years old. Music has been my place of flow and escape for many years, but only recently did I find the courage to start a journey of sharing it with other people.

Making art of any kind is an insane thing to do - I marvel at all of us who bring creations large and small into this world. For me I have to say thank you to a few people who made it possible for me to keep it moving when i was stuck and to celebrate when i broke through. Crew 🩵(u know who u r !!) @sssha_smirnova , @sixmissing , @olivercolunga , @datadata for the yrs of encouragement and feedback, @the_sound_sculptress not only for taking a chance on me but for the invaluable mentorship throughout, and Matt who heard and cheered on every iteration of every track including the ones that no one will ever hear lol.

This was my first time releasing any kind of music and I’m just sharing some of the random bits of inspiration along the way. Things that carried me through, and vibes that ultimately formed this project I’m calling mother. I hope to make more music that continues to bring such brilliant musicians, dancers, djs, and artists into my life.

So that’s that - we are officially slingin vinyl! You can buy yours at the bandcamp link in bio 💜💜💜.

🐜 This Saturday! High-altitude Quito friction meets Brooklyn club weight. A driving force in the global underground with celebrated releases on TraTraTrax and Infinite Machine, @entranas_ is fresh off an EU tour and bringing his signature atmospheric, subby dread straight to @moodringnyc. Think: traditional Ecuadorian polyrhythms colliding with the heavier flavors of UK bass.

Sharing this heavy double-bill is co-headliner and @delusional_records head @the_sound_sculptress, with the room anchored by @joeyinstereo and a @norecallkekoa b2b @sawyerjames__ set.

NYC!! May 2nd brings a heavy triangulation of Brooklyn, the PNW, and LA 😈

@ommayarecords, @ephemeralobjects_, and @delusional_records are in the mood to link at @moodringnyc.

Fresh off his EU tour, @tratratrax mainstay @entranas_ brings his signature Quito club darkness and percussive tension alongside @the_sound_sculptress , founder of @delusionalrecords, known for her rigid grooves and metallic sound design.

The weight is anchored by Ephemeral Objects resident and @elicitrecords regular @joeyinstereo bringing his dark, slippery bass expertise, while Ommaya co-label heads @norecallkekoa and @sawyerjames__ lock in for their first b2b since 2024. 🔗

🩶Today @mother.aiff EP, A Simple Procedure is out on @delusional_records 🩶 Limited plum pressing shipping next week! 🩶

A1 A Simple Procedure
A2 Sublingual
A3 Metamorpher
B1 Angel Gossip
B2 There Are Two Rooms
B3 A Simple Procedure ( @laenzzz Rewired Remix)

In A Simple Procedure, Michelle Roginsky evokes the bleak and euphoric duality of femme embodiment — the soundtrack to an unreleased body horror film narrated by ethereal ambience and driving dancefloor grooves. The title track begins with sweeping, densely-textured synths disintegrating into a foreboding bassline, humming steadily alongside tidal waves of ominous arpeggios and plodding drums reminiscent of 90s trip-hop. In Sublingual, body-shaking club drums become a vessel for distorted vocals and granulated textures as they pass through thick membranes of saliva-drenched bass. Metamorpher follows with a hypnotic 4x4 trip that metabolizes deep anxious grooves into a rave-ready wiggler, while Angel Gossip keeps the blood flowing with a pounding peak-time techno roller guaranteed to keep the floor locked. Finally, There Are Two Rooms sends us off with a pensive meditation of wailing synths and dark, Lynchian ambience — the final scene of a dream half-remembered upon waking from anaesthesia.

NYC’s Laenz delivers the epilogue with a shaking, subterranean remix of A Simple Procedure, injecting the opening track’s textures into the fissures of deep and trembling grooves.
