MVMNT by Maia — the art of becoming 🎀✨

what started as a personal journey has grown into an opportunity to create something of my own. this is your invitation to move with me, @mvmntbymaia 💗 by @demaia

i’m officially a certified mat pilates instructor 🎀✨

this journey wasn’t just about completing hours and coursework. it was about showing up for myself, trusting God’s process, and allowing myself to become something new.

thank you to the best in business, @push.pilates for the guidance, mentorship, encouragement and for the program.
@alexisashaunte @janelrobi, my girls! you two know what you mean to me.. 🥹🫶🏾

#fableticspartner — a cute set is always my go-to 🎀, but it has to be able to move with me. this @fabletics set checked both boxes 🤏🏾 girly, flattering, and snatched without being overly tight or feeling uncomfortable even in a HIIT pilates class 🥵🙌🏾 by @demaia

respecting yourself means showing up. you don’t need more motivation, you need to keep the promises you make to yourself.

from loser → locked in 🔒🎀✨

i was relying on motivation to do a job that systems need to control. the motivation comes and goes, but having systems in place will help me show up.

this season is about building habits that make consistency easier because showing up is half the battle. instead of waiting on an ‘aha!’ moment, i’m creating it. what systems do you have in place to keep you locked in? 👀 by @demaia
