“The Embrace”

This piece speaks to anyone who has rebuilt themselves, learned from pain, found faith, and grown into a strong version of who they were before”

Created using my signature Pebble Exercise, where I place a pebble on the surface and allow the pen to move intuitively—forming organic, unpredictable lines that explore surrender, flow, and embracing uncertainty. The piece also incorporates gold highlights inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kintsugi, celebrating imperfection and emotional rebirth rather than concealing it.

Finished with a gold frame that complements the detailing throughout.

Oil & Acrylic on Canvas | 100x150cm | SOLD

Serenity | A short film about the inspiring abstract artist @demidawkinsart 🎨

I’m proud to finally share Serenity, a short documentary l’ve been working on about Demi, who is an incredibly talented neurodivergent artist. Demi takes us on a journey of reflecting on the ups and downs that have made her who she is today.

Huge thank you to Demi for welcoming me into your home and sharing your world with such honesty and vulnerability.

Your story is powerful, your art is beautiful, and your message is an inspiration to the AuDHD, neurodivergent and wider creative communities.
It’s been an honour to bring this to life and I hope you all enjoy watching it as much as I did creating it!

Explore uncertainty with me 🤍

In this exercise, I place a pen against a small pebble and let it guide me across the page — no plan, no control, just flow. The pebble decides the direction, and my only job is to follow.

As someone with combined ADHD and autism, uncertainty can feel overwhelming… but this simple practice teaches me to surrender gently, to stay present, and to build confidence through trust — trust in movement, trust in myself, and trust that I don’t need to have it all figured out.

It’s a grounding, anxiety-soothing ritual. A quiet reminder that you can handle the unknown.

If you enjoy these types of grounding exercises hit the link in my bio to download my Peaceful Brain E-book 🥳

Try it 🤍

I recently had the joy of introducing so many lovely faces to The Pebble Exercise® while demoing at a wellness event, and watching people slow down, let go of perfection, and simply create was such a special reminder of why I created it in the first place.

Our brains are so used to rushing from one thought to the next that sometimes we forget what it feels like to simply pause.

The Pebble Exercise® was born during a time when my own mind felt incredibly loud. I needed something simple that would gently bring me back to the present without the pressure of making “good” art.

All you need is a pebble and a pen.

As you slowly push the pebble across the page, allow your pen to follow every twist and turn. There’s no right or wrong outcome. No masterpiece to create. Just one small moment of focus.

For me, it helps quiet the mental noise, slow my racing thoughts, and reminds me that creativity doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.

If your brain feels overwhelmed today, I hope this gives you a few peaceful minutes. 🤍

I’d love to know if you give it a try—let me know how it made you feel.

The Pebble Exercise® is also featured in my upcoming book, The Peaceful Brain Art Book, available to pre-order now. 📘

It’s time to invest in myself.

I feel like so many incredible opportunities have come my way so quickly, and there’s no more time to waste on the wrong things.

Becoming an author, wanting to give talks, host workshops, sell courses… it’s time to start looking at things with a business mindset and working with my brain, not against it.

It’s a lot to do it all alone. I have SO many things I’m trying to manage, and being AuDHD makes it feel even harder. My attention is constantly being pulled in different directions, and I’m burning out all the time. Being autistic also means I procrastinate because I’m trying to make everything perfect and want all the answers before I start.

I’m posting this to hold myself accountable. It’s time to allow myself to accept help and guidance, because doing this alone isn’t sustainable anymore.

The Peaceful Brain is what I want to be known for, but what kind of CEO would I be if I didn’t practise what I preach? Because right now, the brain is not peaceful, guys. 🫠😅

But maybe the right coach can help relieve some of the pressure and give me the clarity and strategy I need. 💪

Here’s to hopefully a new chapter and a little less overwhelm. 🥹🥂

One of my favourite exercises in The Peaceful Brain Art Book is called Touch & Trace.

Instead of drawing what something looks like, you draw what it feels like.

You let touch guide your tool. Rough textures become jagged lines. Smooth surfaces become soft, flowing marks. There are no rules, no pressure to create something perfect—just an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your senses, and let curiosity lead.

As someone with ADHD and autism, exercises like this have become a gentle way for me to quiet the noise and create without overthinking.

That’s exactly why I created The Peaceful Brain Art Book—55 low-pressure art exercises designed to help busy, overwhelmed minds reconnect with creativity, regulate their nervous system, and experience the calming power of making art.

✨ I’d love to know… what object would you choose to use for the Touch & Trace exercise?

🤍 The Peaceful Brain Art Book is available to pre-order now via the link in my bio. Every pre-order helps support the launch, and I can’t wait for it to be in your hands 🥹✨

Don’t avoid a creative life because you think what you make has to be “good”.

Express yourself ❤️ Your creativity isn’t an accident. It’s an echo of the Creator who made you 💖 🙏

ADHD medication journey… 🤍

In this video, I’m sharing my personal experience of starting on Elvanse, then moving to Ritalin, and now taking Concerta—what I’ve noticed and how it’s affected me.

Just a little disclaimer: this is only my personal experience. Every ADHD brain is different, and what works well for one person may not work for someone else.

Also, a quick note: Elvanse is a different type of ADHD medication (lisdexamfetamine), while Ritalin and Concerta are both forms of methylphenidate that release the medication differently. I found Elvanse too much for my brain but it loves Methylphenidate 🧠

I’d love to hear your experience too. Have you tried any of these medications? Are you thinking of trying any? Did you have a similar experience, or was yours completely different?

Share your thoughts in the comments below. 💙

And in my next video, I’ll be talking about my journey with alcohol, ADHD, Autism and why I’m deciding to choose sobriety.
