Early mornings are my non-negotiable.
I love starting my day while the rest of the world is still asleep &
5 AM just works for me.
We spend so much time putting everything else first and the gym is where I come back to myself.

I’ve stepped away from chasing heavy lifts and PR’s. They once lit me up but lately, they haven’t been fulfilling in the same way. These days I’ve shifted my focus to feeling WELL in my body, whether that means moving with intention or simply sitting still and checking in with myself.

The gym will always be my happy place but I’ve started finding just as much peace outside of it. I recently started going to the beach at 6am once a week.. just me, the ocean, and my journal. It’s become a space where I can slow down + be alone with my thoughts and reconnect so I can show up better for others too. Movement looks different for me now and that feels really good ❤️

Unbox my @Salomon Active Skin 4 vest and the take it for a spin with me 💕 I love the number of pockets and zippers it has- I can put my car keys and phone away without having to worry… and the large back pockets great for when I get hot can store a my bonatti wind breaker. If I need water I can fill up one of the 2 flasks it comes with. 10/10 on the design @Saucony endorphin 4’s on my feet and logging in miles for HYROX

Lol I had 3 menty-b’s about running this morning...
I hate the feeling of not being great at something—especially in fitness. Transitioning from strictly strength training to endurance training has been hard af, but that’s just part of the game when you’re starting something new. I constantly have to remind myself to keep showing up, always be a student, ask for help and set achievable micro goals.
This is the year to stop boxing yourself in! @Saucony Endorphin pro 4’s feel like running on clouds and is my new favorite running shoe 🫂
