IN-FOCUS: RECAP

@jhartnettdpt lead the discussion to give our athletes the tools they need to successfully complete their first hyrox race.

@anjalishah816 and @codyyrivera gave first hand advice on technique, race day preparation and what to consider when competing solo or with a partner.

Thank you all to who attended, your feedback and questions give us gas to deliver high quality content. @greglaraia and I are stoked to bring you more learning opportunities- stay tuned!

No funny sh*t …. i believe as a NEW YORKER, there’s certain things you HAVE TO TRY :

1) a chopped cheese
2) Summer Jam ( i know i know)
3) The INNER U BOOTCAMP

Even if just once, it’s literally a right of passage at this point. Watching this video validated my feelings of this being the GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH. Cause we’ve built a culture, a family, and made it fun!!

Again, i thank y’all… and if you’ve never been here….you haven’t been anywhere! 🏠
