New album THE BIG ONE out now
On tour ⬇️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My new album THE BIG ONE is out today. Thank you to the many friends who helped make this the best time I’ve ever had writing and recording music. Thank you to those of you who take the time to check out these humble tunes.

The album was produced by @paulcherry69 at our studio @honeymoonsuitela, cut live and loose to tape with a hot band, no click track and very little rehearsal. It’s being released, of course, by my day ones @carparkrecords.

A music video for “I Don’t Like You (But I Love You)” directed by @jimmycicero_ is also out today, alongside spring ’27 EU/UK tour dates.

Thanks for listening. I love you all. by @dentmay

The Dent May Interview

For the last two decades, LA-based singer-songwriter Dent May has been carefully cultivating his craft since the release of his joyous full-length debut “The Good Feeling Music of Dent May & His Magnificent Ukulele”, and with each new album, the musician has only become clearer in translating his vision of the vibrant vegetation that makes up his expressive ecosystem. His latest effort, “The Big One,” takes listeners through the familiar backstreets of the city’s creative climate while exploring the enduring themes of community, age, and poetic perseverance.
