After 7 beautiful years in the Sunshine State 🌴, we are officially grounded in the Valley of the Sun 🌞🏜️ We love it here & it are exactly where we’re meant to be!

This next chapter is gonna be so much fun — thank you for your patience as we settle in (adjusting to the new time zone & the dry heat, which we actually love 😎).

Can’t wait to show you all our desert adventures!

“Walking into 2025 knowing everything I want is already mine” 🥹

This is the energy I’m carrying with me! ⚡️

Posting every day this month has been such a fun and eye-opening journey. 🤸🏾‍♀️ It’s definitely helped me get back into the rhythm after some much-needed breaks lol. I’m wrapping up the challenge here tho with this repost and taking the next couple of days to reflect and recharge before January.

Natural Body Takeover 2025! 🖤🤞🏾

I started my fitness journey in 2015 as a competitive bodybuilder/bikini athlete and I fell so deep in love with transformation.

It’s been so much fun creating different versions of myself. Sometimes I’m lean, sometimes I’m thicker but one thing always stays the same it all matches and it’s all MINE 🥹!

🧑🏾‍🎄❤️I hope everyone had a beautiful day yesterday 🎄 I didn’t fly home this year just stayed in with sissy, relaxed and reflected! Honestly the holidays haven’t hit the same in a few years the energy is just different.

But I’ve been leaning into being present tho and it’s helped me find peace and gratitude in the flow of it all ❤️

Good morning! We not going into this new season of life with the same gut issues, bloating, acid reflux, needing laxatives to 💩. That’s ova wit!

Nothing changes if nothing changes…

I’ve experienced it all….
-brain fog
-mood swings
-gas before bed + right after eating
-irregular 💩 + constipation
-painful PMS & periods
-struggling to lose weight
-body odor + excessive sweating
-random nausea & headaches
-2pm crash
-even the “healthy” foods made me bloat

I reset my gut back to its health and now I have…
