I spent Valentine’s Day exactly how I love it—pouring into my purpose. 💫💖

When I started my superfood business during the pandemic, I built a lot of my impact online via social media and referrals from clients.

But this year one of my goals is to expand through more local connections, and in-person events.

I love that my apartment building is so supportive of us sharing our businesses with the residents. I connected with a holistic aesthetician who’s been looking for a nutrition line to share with her clients! I’m so excited for her order to come in and can’t wait to help her clients transform from the inside out! 🎉

The highlight of my day was leading our @millionmommovement business opportunity Zoom for Black History Month.

As one of the top Black female leaders in our superfood company, it was an honor to highlight how we’re creating real impact in the world—providing organic food, opportunities, and wealth-building resources for families—especially Black and underserved communities.

Happy 2025! 🎉 I wanted to share a little about me for those of you who are new here 🖤

❣️ I’m the youngest of 3—my older brother Bryan & my big sis @deonna_d everyone thinks we’re twins 🤭

❣️ I was born 2 days after Christmas 🎄 The year before I was born, my mom had a miscarriage on Christmas Day. I like to believe I came here to remind people that even after life’s hardest moments, blessings always find their way in 🎁

❣️ I was born and raised in Louisville, KY—my heart carries a southern warmth and charm. I grew up on the SAD diet. It wasn’t the healthiest, but it shaped who I am. It’s part of why I’m so passionate about holistic wellness now.

❣️ The Sun is my happy place ☀️ It’s healed parts of me I didn’t know were broken. I moved to Florida almost 7 years ago to escape the cold and feel the warmth of the Sun year round.

❣️ Before shifting into holistic wellness, I worked as a model and hostess. I knew I was meant for something greater, but it wasn’t until 2020 that I finally found my path.

❣️ Astrology is one of my greatest loves ✨ It’s helped me understand myself—my gifts, my quirks, and how I connect in relationships. I’m a Capricorn Sun, Aquarius Moon, Pisces Rising ✨ I value legacy, depth, innovation, reliability, imagination and community 🫶🏾

❣️ My holistic, plant-based lifestyle started as a mission to break the cycle of disease in my family. The future of my lineage lies in my womb—It’s my responsibility to create transformation.

❣️ I became an entrepreneur overnight in 2020 during the pandemic. It’s been a wild journey of grueling strength, letting go, and witnessing miracles every single day—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

❣️ I’m proud I have the opportunity to help women create freedom for their families. My nutrition business gives women a way to thrive in their purpose, nourish themselves, and create income for their families that’s rooted in their own nourishment and self-care.

❣️ This year, I want to create more family memories, build community with women who share my vision, and love myself deeper than ever before.
