OCTOBER 24TH IS OFFICIALLY HMAS DAY! 🏆

I’ve done a lot of things as an entrepreneur but this is definitely top 3 most rewarding things! Our @hmaawards of the @hyermeritassociation is receiving our very own day proclaimed by the city that made me @cityofwarren is a blessing!

This is the start of something transformative: more collaborative connections, creative interactive activations, high class attractions, opportunities to use our dollars for our creative people!

So many people to thank so I’ll save them for the day! But this wouldn’t even be a thing without my friends. I love you guys! ❤️ taken in Warren, Ohio by @deonthegreatt

Making this post felt very weird. It’s not my norm and I rarely share the process. I’m learning that the process matters to the audience; sometimes even more than the finished product. From the audio, I am worried about the label and if it’ll hit with the audience but I’m a do’er so we doing this s**t!

This is day and night! And a glimpse of my process and how I work. I’ve also enjoyed learning new things about myself after watching myself work. Hope you guys enjoy the process.

It is with extreme pleasure we announce the inauguration of our new program, “SceneMakers” 🎭 a new creative co-ed acting and production initiative designed to teach young people how to act, film, and write scripts.

We will begin with the very first of its kind program this year in full program until the end of the school year. Our program supports 6-12th grade students during school hours and young professionals after hours in Trumbull & Mahoning County.

As #deonsalmostfamous continues, we hope to remain inclusive and add new talent to the database.

Thank you to @inspiringmindsyouth for allowing us to launch our pilot and test our new program. We are grateful for your partnership. by @deonthegreatt
