Introducing the epic lineup of women who will be on the industry panel hosted by @depthoffieldnz on our welcome night!

They’ll be giving insight into their different industry roles, how they started out and providing some great advice for anyone who is or wants to be doing something similar.

As for the rest of the evening, well there’ll be plenty of great vibes with art, tunes, chats and extra details for the week, plus a free welcome drink thanks to @maudewines + @b.effectbrewing 🥂

Can’t wait to see you all there ❤️‍🔥

*Ps. Presence on this night is essential for those riding in The Uninvited Boarding Pass and Community Jam days so we can give you all the details and safety briefing.

**Why Depth Of Field?**

Because there are so many incredible women doing interesting things across the outdoor and action sports world, and sometimes we just need to get everyone in the same room.

Depth Of Field started as a way to create more opportunities to connect. Not just to network or hand out business cards, but to have real conversations, share ideas, hear other people’s stories and meet people you might never otherwise cross paths with.

You don’t have to be a photographer or filmmaker. You might work in marketing, media, events, design, or you might simply be interested in the outdoor and action sports world.

We think there’s something pretty special about bringing people together who share a love for the outdoors and letting the conversations unfold from there.

That’s why we created Depth Of Field. 🤍 by @depthoffieldnz

Introducing our third speaker @misswinton

Katy has that kind of infectious energy that you cant wait to be around with a fabulous sense of humour to boot. Her career is rooted as a world renown mountain bike athlete who has recently transitioned into broadcasting. We are really excited to talk to Katy about her ability to create a following from her adventures and what it feels like to move from one side of the sport to the other.

If you live down south, our second speaker needs no introduction. We are looking forward to chatting to @camillarutherford_photography about her journey from ski photographer in the 2000s to the talented commercial photographer she is now. While juggling motherhood, Camilla also has some really interesting perspectives on creating a body of work, approaching photography as an art form, and really focusing on the message that you are trying to communicate. She has so much to add to this conversation and we can’t wait to have her join the DOF crew! 📷 (1) @dgerl by @depthoffieldnz

Introducing Amber Jones, our first speaker and host of Sundays Film workshop supported by @filmotagosouthland We know you will love Amber as much as we do.

Ambers journey into underwater /surf photography, then moving into commercial work as a director is going to be a really interesting story. We cant wait to discuss her journey, always being very open with her subject matter and sharing very personal journeys while integrating her values of conscious consumerism and sustainability into her work. by @depthoffieldnz
