Ai isn’t taking our jobs - the next generation of ridiculously f*cking talented camerawomen in the actions sports space are 😂😂😂

@depthoffieldnz is the event my 23 year old heart always yearned for; A practical, hands-on, safe and unfiltered space to learn from, get creative, make mistakes, learn about the action sports space and make some rad as hell friends ❤️‍🔥
When they asked me to speak and host the videography workshop this year I couldn’t hop on a plane quick enough (once I got over the imposter syndrome 🫠)

Being able to pass on knowledge to keen, hungry (and crazy talented!) women in the action sports space made me realise I want to do this forever (and ever and ever).

@halesashby @rach.hadfield you gals rock for putting this on and you’re not getting rid of me anytime soon 😂🫶🏾 Bring the swear jar next time $$$$

Also pushing for a North Island one for our Northern girlies ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Another awesome weekend shooting with the girls. The She’ll Be Right community day is such a cool chance for riders and photographers to come together and play.

Great vibes, some seriously talented women and incredible scenery, Cardrona really laying on the weather for us ✨

This is for sure a little bit different to my recent posts, but I met so many amazing women in the weekend and I'm feeling so inspired so I thought why not share it here!

I'm a huge fan of women-led events. They are always the most supportive spaces, spaces where we can lift each other up, and create collective success.

Big thanks to everyone who played a part in making Depth of Field the amazing event it is, to our inspirational speakers on Saturday and to our amazing talent, you were a dream to work with!

Needless to say this has sparked a little fire within 🔥

Couldn’t go last year, wasn’t gonna miss it this year!
30 rad females together in one room, the brain child of @rach.hadfield & @halesashby. DOF is a space for female adventure sport photographers and videographers to connect, create, share ideas and generally nerd out about what we do. Love a workshop but this one was a breath of fresh air.✨

So much fun capturing these frames at the @depthoffieldnz workshop this weekend!

An absolutely incredible experience with so many inspiring women, pushing me out of my comfort zone in the best way.

Introducing the epic lineup of women who will be on the industry panel hosted by @depthoffieldnz on our welcome night!

They’ll be giving insight into their different industry roles, how they started out and providing some great advice for anyone who is or wants to be doing something similar.

As for the rest of the evening, well there’ll be plenty of great vibes with art, tunes, chats and extra details for the week, plus a free welcome drink thanks to @maudewines + @b.effectbrewing 🥂
