It’s been a month and I literally don’t think I could’ve asked for anything better… I have no other words, I just can’t think enough to be able to get them out.

These people, this corps, this staff, this show, this score, this season, this book, this experience, was like no other. I love all these people so much, and I can’t possibly imagine spending the last three months with another group. I grew so much with the people around me and I’m so grateful and proud of where we ended up. I’m going to miss this.

As most of you already know, I have signed my contract to march again at Spirit of Atlanta for the 2025 season.

But for some bigger news, I am officially center marimba for Spirit 2025, as a high school senior!

I am super excited to march this season and have so many great old friends and new ones that I’ve met at the past couple of camps!

All that being said I’m still working on raising the funds to get me on tour, it’s super expensive and every little bit helps! I would truly appreciate any help you’re able to give. https://venmo.com/u/Mickelson13 https://www.classy.org/fundraiser/6092566?is_new=true by @der3km2025

75 after 75 post!!
This has definitely been on of the best experiences ever, this year with this front ensemble has been so influential in my growth as a person and player!! I absolutely loved getting to play with some old friends and make entirely new friends this summer! Being in this woodsline was so fun this year and I can’t wait to see where everyone ends up next season!

Also this is lot of sunset pictures and not very many pictures of actual people. by @der3km2025

That’s it.
All of it, so much better than anything I’ve ever experienced. Great people, some new, some old, everyone amazing human beings.
I’m so thankful for everyone I met on this journey so far, it’s far from over.
Making tenth place in percussion at finals has been crazy and pushed us even harder for what’s to come next year, like if you told me we’d beat 11 other corps in percussion at the beginning of the season I wouldn’t believe you.
But throughout the season, I realized we could do it.
All of it so so so amazing,
Thanks Spirit.
