I’m pretty sure everyone has seen this already seen this but this my failed 125 in codies. I necked and comboed to fall out of tramp x break ribs when I hit the frame. I’m really posting this to say that I will be out for 7 weeks and yes I am ok #fail #sendit #brokenribs #blackeye #death #pain by @derek_therrien

What would you score this routine⁉️⬇️

Total: 59.0??
EX: 14.4
ToF: 17.3
HD: 9.9 (smh🥲)
DD: 17.4

First routine worth posting since adding them back in 2x/week at the start of October. Training’s been pretty repetitive all summer, but gonna try to start sharing more of it again. taken in Ringgold, Georgia by @derek_therrien
