Nationals 2026 🇺🇸 - This years Nationals was a great end cap to the domestic season. I sealed my spot on the National Team for the 5th time, positioned myself well for international selections, and walked away with another Synchronized title along side @isaac_rowley

Last time I was in Tulsa was 2023 when I had a rough season and was not selected for the National Team. It was a tough pill to swallow, but as always Jesus was faithful, I grew through the process, and I’m thankful I was able to perform with very different circumstances this time around! As always, thank you to all my coaches and support that make these victories possible. Much more to come this year still so keep your eyes peeled 😤

You didn’t lose… but you still feel like a failure. Why?

Flashback Friday to Episode 48 🎙️
Coach Austin and Derek break down something most athletes never get taught:

You train for results.
You chase goals.
But the moment those results define you… the game starts controlling you.

Because when it doesn’t go your way—
your confidence drops, your identity shakes, and everything feels heavier than it should.

This isn’t just about winning or losing.
It’s about learning how to compete without losing yourself in the process.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME AN OLYMPIAN? 🇺🇸🏅

We’re just 1 DAY AWAY from the release of Episode 50… and on today’s Road to 50, we look back at a clip from Episode 48 with Coach Culp.

Coach Culp talks about one of his athletes preparing for the Team Trials with one goal in mind… earning the chance to represent the United States in the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.

The sacrifice.
The pressure.
The preparation.

This is what chasing greatness looks like.

🎙️ Episode 50 drops TOMORROW at 6PM
