From the moment that I watched you as a youngin on a random episode of SmackDown as a rookie in 2002, I knew you were something special. Years later, I get back into watching wrestling in 2006 and I see you feuding with guys like Edge, Triple H, Randy Orton, and my favorite wrestler of all time Shawn Michaels. Hell, you even tapped out The Great Khali at Judgment Day in 2007. Another fond memory of you is receiving the video game SmackDown vs Raw 2006 as a Christmas present along with my first of two PSPs and you were on the cover with Batista. From that moment, you really became my guy, my hero. You became the face of my generation and a leader. As I would watch you throughout your career, you taught me resilience, to always keep fighting, to have courage, and to most importantly be yourself and it is ok to evolve. Words like Hustle, Loyalty and Respect are forever embedded in my soul along with Never Give Up because of you. Last night may have not went the way we all expected it to go, but your legacy has been forever immortalized. You smiled in your loss to Gunther knowing you've done everything you have over 20+ years because you're leaving the place better than you first saw it. I'm beyond proud of you if anything. Safe to say, you're on the same level as Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan of greatness! You're forever our champion. Forever MY champion. Thank you John Cena.👌🏾🐐🥺🫡 by @derrick_wolfrex

Vegan "Egg White Grill" Sandwich inspired by Chick-Fil-A🌱🐔
What it do ladies and gentlemen and Happy Sunday to all that are watching! Last night I decided to get into the lab and construct something that I have been wanting to veganize for a VERY VERY long time. It only makes sense that since I work there, I would make the "Egg White Grill" sandwich from Chick-Fil-A vegan. Also because none our stores are open on Sundays and we get a well needed off day. As soon as @healthiercomforts dropped the Animal Free "Egg White" product, I knew I had to hop on this opportunity! Now if you are a part of the Chick-Fil-A faithful fanbase or if you work there like me, you know that this is a fan favorite that a lot of people get for breakfast besides the classic Chicken Biscuit. Making this from home was fantastic for my first try. The "Egg Whites" were kinda hard to ratio out but I did it! Not gonna lie, I was kinda scared that they wouldn't cook as expected but they did. You can make these to have as a breakfast prep option whenever you're hungry in the morning! I hope you guys enjoy and show some love underneath this post! Have a great rest of your day and it was my pleasure creating this for y'all!🙏🏾

First 5k in the books thanks to @champsrunclub × @mindfulmilesclub last Saturday! All Gas, No Brakes wit it!🔥🏃🏾‍♂️💨 by @derrick_wolfrex

Howdy y'all and Happy Sunday to those that are seeing this! I am back with another recipe and this time around I have decided to veganize a Cowboy Butter Pasta with Tofu. Originally it was made with Chicken by @cookwithchay but y'all know how much I like to make plant-based substitutions for everything. It paid off very well because it was delicious! Spicy but very good! I felt like I had this one before because it tasted familiar but I think I did a pretty good job at this one for my first try at making this. The song was fitting to this of course because of the name of the dish too. I do suggest y'all make this one from home if you're thinking of making something new from home! I hope you enjoy this one and the rest of your Sunday as well!🤠🌱

What did I do to deserve you? Don't even know what I did. 🧠🎮 by @derrick_wolfrex

What is up everyone and Happy Saturday to all! Earlier today I decided to take a chance on myself and veganize one of my all-time Chinese Food recipes. Thanks to @_aussiefitness, I was able to switch up the Honey Butter Garlic Chicken recipe from his page and utilize Tofu as a replacement for the meat and Maple Syrup for Honey. I'm glad I took the chance today because this really tasted good! When I baked the Tofu, the texture came out just how a Nugget should have! The sauce was the killer part! I saved the rest for a prep option for the course of the week. Y'all should definitely make this from home because it tastes like the real thing you order from a restaurant! I hope you enjoy!
