Two days of buying, sourcing and seeing where the Paris Fashion scene is at. As always these trips are packed with places to be and collections to see. They are inspiring, fun and exhausting in equal measure.
This trip marks the end of my SS27 buying and all my orders are now placed for next season. Having a moment away made me reflect on how special @thedressingroomsocial is, knowing the legwork that has been put in to find the very best collections from London, Copenhagen, Paris and beyond to bring together one curated edit under one roof. I’m excited for you to see next season. I think you’ll love it. But for now, time to focus on the Autumn collections landing in store and then get planning for buying for PRE-AW27! by @deryanetadd

Day one in Paris done ✔️ An early start and then straight to @premiereclasse.paris trade show. Time for lunch on Rue de Rivoli overlooking le Jardin de Tulleries. Then over to @tranoi_show. Finishing the day with a cocktail and dinner @camondo.paris.

20 years ago, I offered this fabulous girl a job on the spot… and honestly, what a decision that turned out to be!

From full-time team member, to supervisor, to General Manager, two babies including us both being pregnant at the same time (that was an unexpected plot twist!), countless laughs, fashion weeks, events, busy weekends, highs and lows and celebrations…..Charlotte has been such a huge part of The Dressing Room story.

20 years is a pretty incredible milestone, but it’s the memories, the friendships and all the moments in between that make it so special.

Charlotte, thank you for 20 years of loyalty, hard work, fun and friendship. I genuinely couldn’t have written the story of The Dressing Room without you. 🥂

Here’s to the next chapter… although I’m still not quite sure where the last 20 years went! ❤️

Just a few of my favourite snaps from Copenhagen. The trip was a whirlwind as usual and served up all the inspiration, fun alongside serious buying and order writing. There is something so unique about Copenhagen fashion week. The street style is always fascinating, the shows are magical, the trend spotting is like nowhere else plus the food and culture is everything that I love about Scandi style.
2 days, 9 outfit changes, 5 events, 2 trade show days, 2 dinners and many orders placed.
Now, ready for a lie down.

What a finale to our Copenhagen Fashion week, the incredible and dramatic @muntheofficial show. The people watching was incredible and there was a true fashion week buzz in the air. The show itself was breathtaking, emotional and full of drama and detail with the styling en pointe as always.
The show itself drew from the designers artistic elements,

"As art remains at the heart of MUNTHE, this season I drew inspiration from the world of a master artist and her atelier - a space where creativity, craftsmanship, and imagination come together.” Naia Munthe.

Thank you Copenhagen for an inspiring and memorable few days, there is nowhere like you!

Myself and Charley had a wonderful morning with Dea Kudibal and team as they showcased their ethereal and feminine collection ‘Moments of Grace’ at Copenhagen fashion week. The elegant and beautiful event was the perfect pairing of the world of ballet and the craftsmanship that goes into creating a Dea Kudibal collection. Ballet dancers moved whimsically through the gardens and house which had been transformed into Dea Kudibal’s universe. We chatted with Dea about her inspiration for the collection and loved spending time wandering through the house and discovering the collection room by room.
Inspired and uplifted we can’t wait to share this collection with you. Xx
