Four days. Four keynotes. Four mornings with people who are building the same thing you are.

Swipe through the full Design Camp 2026 schedule — a look at what’s waiting for you in Austin this August.

From the Pricing Keynote on Monday afternoon to the Studio Structure session Thursday morning, every hour of programming is designed to move you forward. Keynotes with Kelsey Leigh Design, Erin Stetzer, Jason Saft, Chloe Legras, and Jessica Nelson. Small group sessions. And this year, optional sign-up sessions you choose in advance — including intimate sessions with Kelli Lamb of Rue Magazine and attorney Alyce Zawacki on best practices for interior design service agreements.

Pricing, Perspective + a Proper Welcome

The week begins with an optional morning tour of the Supply Showroom, followed by registration and a Four Hands-sponsored welcome lunch. The afternoon kicks off with our Welcome Session and Pricing Keynote — setting the tone for everything to come — before the first keynote of the week with Kelsey Leigh Design. The evening is yours: happy hour, followed by the Salt & Stone Welcome Dinner.

Revenue, Relationships + Real Talk

Breakfast at La Piscina, then straight into two keynotes: Erin Stetzer in the morning and Jason Saft in the late afternoon. In between, two small group sessions and your first block of optional sign-up sessions — the personalized programming you chose in advance. The evening wraps with dinner at the Four Hands Flagship Showroom.

Proposals, Positioning + the Art of the Close

The morning opens with the Proposals Keynote, followed by two more small group sessions and a second round of optional sign-up sessions. The afternoon closes with Chloe Legras on the keynote stage. Then: the Midnight in Marfa Dinner and an afterparty to match.

AI, Studio Structure + How You’ll Run It All

A farewell breakfast, then two closing keynotes: Jessica Nelson on AI and a Studio Structure session designed to send you home with a plan, not just inspiration. Final goodbyes by noon — and for those staying, an optional afternoon tour of the Four Hands Art Studio. by @design_camp_co

The Design Camp 2026 schedule has officially arrived.

Over four days in Austin, Campers will move through a thoughtfully curated experience designed to balance business education, industry connection, and intentional hospitality. From keynote conversations and tactical workshops to dinners, happy hours, and behind-the-scenes tours, every part of the schedule is designed to create meaningful connections within the design industry.

This year’s experience includes:
— New Optional Sign-Up Sessions
— Evening Happy Hours + Hosted Dinners
— Dinner at the Four Hands Flagship
— Keynote presentations centered around the future of the design industry
— Small group sessions focused on operations, visibility, client experience, and studio growth

We also have bonus events hosted outside of Design Camp programming hours:
— Supply Showroom Tour + Welcome Breakfast
— Four Hands Art Studio Tour

These additional experiences are designed to give Campers even more opportunities to connect with fellow designers while exploring some of Austin’s most inspiring industry spaces.
Design Camp has never been about overwhelming schedules or surface-level inspiration. It’s about gathering a curated group of designers in a setting that encourages honest conversation, practical education, and relationships that last long after Camp ends.

Nearly a month since we checked into The Austin Proper, and we're finally unpacked. Our notebooks, however, are staring at us from the desk. That's your cue. 📓

Inspiration is the fun part, but implementation is where the real magic happens. So dust off those workbooks, pick one idea that made you grab your pen, and put it to work this week.

Our recommendation? Make the quick edits we covered in your website audit. That new pricing structure? Build it into your proposal template so it's ready to send to your next inquiry.

Austin gave you the playbook. Now it's time to run the plays. 🤠

Missing everyone already,
@anastasiacasey_ & @lindseybrookedesign

Four days in Austin, full notebooks, and plenty to bring back to the studio 🤍

Melissa and Taylor spent the week at Design Camp stepping out of the day-to-day operations and into conversations around growth, client experience, pricing, proposals, positioning, AI, and the future of the industry.

There's something so valuable about getting in a room with other creatives, asking better questions, and coming home with fresh perspective.

It’s always an honor when I’m asked to speak at an event or participate in panels—and I jumped at the chance to join @design_camp_co in Austin earlier this month. @lindseybrookedesign led a discussion on getting your interior design work published, navigating media outreach, finding the right publicist, social media, and everything in between. I shared my editorial POV through the @ruemagazine lens and we probably could have spent several more hours getting into it! In her newsletter, Lindsey shared one key takeaway from our chat:

“Before pitching a project, really understand what you want the feature to accomplish. Do you want to grow your social following, attract more national clients, or position yourself as an expert in the industry? There should always be a clear reason behind the pitch, not just the goal of getting published.”

Day three had us feeling grateful beyond measure. This week, these campers, and our time together has been so special and the memories will stay with us forever. Our final full day was a beautiful one filled with inspiration, connection, and plenty of reasons to slow down and take it all in.

We started the morning with Lindsey and Anastasia for a keynote on purposeful proposals, followed by small group sessions and lunch with the wonderful team at @moeshome. Then came an inspiring afternoon with @chloe.legras before we gathered for our “Midnight in Marfa” dinner and danced our way into the night.

Friendship bracelets were exchanged, memories were made, and hearts were very full. We’re feeling so lucky to know this group of campers—and with one more morning together, we’re holding onto every last moment. 🤍 taken in Austin, Texas by @design_camp_co

We’ve planned a thoughtful pause in the day, courtesy of @moeshome. We’re gathering in the Quill Room for an Italian lunch where we will connect and recharge before the next round of intensives.

Day two felt a little like coming home 💕

After a full day of learning, sharing, and spending time together, you could feel the walls start to come down and new acquaintances beginning to feel a bit more like old friends. The evening was the perfect extension of that feeling with a tour of the @fourhandsfurniture showroom, a taste of Austin’s best, silk scarf dyeing, and custom embroidered bags courtesy of @ftlonesome.

It’s these little moments in between the programming that make camp so special. By the end of day two, conversations feel easier, laughter comes naturally, and meaningful relationships are beginning to take shape. We’re so grateful for this group and everything they’re bringing to the week. taken in Austin, Texas by @design_camp_co

We kicked off the morning with special guest @erinstetzerhomes for a conversation centered around forming the right relationships with builders.

Photography by @jennamcelroyphoto

Erin shared insight on how to strengthen those partnerships with intention, and how the right collaborations can ultimately create opportunities for the caliber of work you’ve been working toward.
