Honored with the Gold Award at the 2025 Iconic Design Awards by @iconiclifemag, Exeter tells a story of balance between heritage and modernity.

Located in the heart of Arcadia Proper, Exeter stands as a sophisticated expression of tradition reimagined for the future. Classical form meets minimalist restraint, creating a home that feels stately, elegant, and distinctly modern.

Its twin-gabled façade establishes a powerful yet balanced presence. A palette of white plaster, soft travertine, and mixed metal detailing grounds the architecture in timeless simplicity while introducing a quiet modern edge. The result is a composition that bridges heritage and forward thinking with effortless precision.

The rear elevation continues the story. Expansive pocketing doors open to dual covered patios designed for connection, complete with see-through fireplaces, an indoor-outdoor bar, and a full exterior kitchen. The pool anchors the architecture, reflecting light and line while terraced gardens and a winding stair descend to a walk-out basement and wellness retreat with a cold plunge and water feature.

Crisp materials, balanced geometry, and thoughtful restraint define Exeter. It is a residence where elegance meets innovation, and where timeless design finds its modern voice.

We’re thrilled to share that our Exeter residence received the Gold Award at the 2025 Iconic Design Awards hosted by @iconiclifemag. A study in traditional elegance and contemporary refinement, Exeter blends sculptural form with timeless materiality to create a home that feels both bold and enduring.

In the great room, light moves across sculpted plaster and warm oak. A sweeping staircase rises with grace while a monumental fireplace stands in quiet strength. Glass walls dissolve into the outdoors, where architecture meets air and shadow.

The kitchen and dining spaces continue the rhythm. Travertine, oak, and marble define the palette. Dual islands and a glass wine room set the stage for gathering, while a marble fireplace brings warmth and depth to every moment.

The primary suite is calm and cinematic, with a marble vanity, freestanding tub, and walls of glass that open to a private spa terrace surrounded by greenery.

Below, a 3,000-square-foot entertainment level waits in quiet anticipation. A theater, bar, wine room, and wellness suite create a world dedicated to experience and retreat.

Exeter is architecture in motion, where light, material, and emotion converge into something timeless.

The primary suite at Clearwater Hills Residence opens fully to the mountain views beyond. A wall of glass slides away to connect the bedroom directly to a private deck, while a linear fireplace and wood-clad ceiling detail frame the room from the opposite wall.

The bath continues with dark wood cabinetry and a freestanding soaking tub positioned at the intersection of the primary bedroom and ensuite, creating a seamless transition between the two spaces.

SkyHaus. Where privacy opens onto the horizon. Perched into the rugged hillside terrain above Sedona, exterior terraces and screened thresholds extend the living spaces outward, easing the line between architecture and landscape until shelter and view become the same idea. Two seperate homes built to host.

Petra is a sprawling estate set against Camelback Mountain. This 15,000sf estate is comprised of a primary residence, guest house, and wellness center. Travertine wraps the floors, walls, and architectural elements that anchor the home while brushed aluminum volumes emerge above and appear to lift freely into the desert sky, reflecting its shifting light.

The flat site was sculpted to conceal a five-car semi-subterranean show garage, accessed by a descending ribbon driveway that circles a water feature before arriving below grade. Water continues throughout as both organizer and reflector, culminating in a vehicle display at the lap pool's edge where the car appears to float at the water's surface.

Bold and rigorously detailed, Petra balances monumentality with serenity through material honesty and disciplined restraint.

At Marion Estates a dark slatted ceiling floats over the main living room while a monolithic fireplace wall wrapped in vertical fluting anchors the room. Floor-to-ceiling glass on both sides of the living room bring the dining room courtyard and the rear pool deck into the space while Camelback mountain rises in the distance.

SkyHaus. Where two getaways become one retreat. Simple vernacular gabled forms settle into the red-rock terrain through dark vertical wood siding and a standing-seam metal roof, while concrete and glass connectors blur inside and out at nearly every turn.

Entry into our Medio residence is positioned on center with Camelback Mountain, setting the relationship between house and mountain before you've stepped inside. That same view carries through the kitchen, the living room, and the primary suite, with corner glass opening at each to blend interior and exterior into one continuous space. Light finds its way through in layers — wells that carry it from the yard down into the basement, skylights at the entry, apertures cut into the covered patio that keep the space bright without losing its shade. Traditional in its gabled form, contemporary in how it lives, Medio moves the feeling of an Arcadia ranch house forward into the way a family experiences it today.

This role partners closely with the principal architect, design team, and interior designers, while also serving as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, consultants, and municipalities. The Project Manager balances design sensibility with technical expertise, ensuring projects are delivered to the uncompromising standards that define our work.

This is a full-time, in person role, located at our Phoenix office. An architecture degree from an accredited institution is required and we’re looking for 5+ years of firm experience with expert level Revit skills, and a portfolio that caters to high end residential design.
