Two ICONIC Awards. One very special home. 🤍

So honored to have this Paradise Valley home recognized at the 2026 ICONIC Design Awards!

🏆 ICONIC AWARD — Residence 3,500–6,500 sq. ft.

🏆 ICONIC AWARD — Dining Room

For me, true luxury should feel calm, grounding, and deeply livable. That was the heart of this home…creating spaces that are beautiful, but also feel wonderful to live in.

Thank you, @iconiclifemag , the judges, and the talented team who helped bring it all to life! This recognition means so much.

Every home needs somewhere to slow down and somewhere to push through an early morning workout.

At Clearwater Hills, that looks like a sauna designed for unwinding after a long week and a private gym made for those quiet mornings before everyone else is up.

Attention to detail is what makes a BINK home.

For this ceiling treatment, even the placement of the can lights had to be exact. From structural engineering and truss coordination to the finished design, every element was adjusted to ensure the final result was just right.

Because when the goal is exceptional, “close enough” isn’t part of the process.

What a night! 🤍 I’m so incredibly honored to have received two 2026 Iconic Design Awards, one for the overall interior design of a Paradise Valley residence and another for its dining room!

There is so much incredible design talent here in Arizona, and to have our work recognized by a national panel of judges alongside so many people whose work I admire makes this especially meaningful.

I feel very fortunate to do something I love so much, and even more fortunate to work alongside such talented people. A huge thank you to @designtank.co for the architecture, @beckettconstruction for bringing it all to life so beautifully, and all the talented subcontractors and craftspeople whose hard work and attention to detail made this home what it is. And to @roehnerrr for capturing it all so beautifully through his lens.

Thank you to @iconiclifemag for putting together such a wonderful evening and for celebrating the amazing design community here in Arizona.

I’ve been doing what I love for a long time, but in many ways, I feel like I’m just getting started. I’m so grateful for this recognition and really excited about what’s ahead for Renee Simon Design. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey! 🤍

Still thinking about last night ✨

The 4th Annual ICONIC Design Awards at the Phoenix Art Museum — a room full of the Valley’s best architects, interior designers, and builders, all celebrating exceptional design, presented by Monogram.
The Private Client Group was proud to be one of the evening’s sponsors and my husband Jim and I was there representing our team alongside my colleague Dinesh Wilson and his beautiful wife Brooke. Nights like this matter because these are the people who create the exceptional homes we represent, including our LEED Gold estate in Silverleaf.
Grateful to be part of this design community under the leadership of our principal, Frank Aazami.
Congratulations to all of last night’s winners — Candelaria Design Architecture, Curated Design ( Lindzey you looked stunning!!), Bedrock Developers, Stratton Architects, Designtank Architecture, and so many more! 🏆

Great design doesn’t happen in one meeting.

From in-person walkthroughs and office meetings to phone calls and a final design review, every stage gives us an opportunity to refine the details before the architectural set is finalized.

This spec project is something new for the market, and we’re excited to see it come to life.
