One year of teaching Pilates 🤍
And somehow, it feels like I’m just getting started.

This past year has taught me so much about how people experience movement.
How differently we interpret cues.
Where we hold tension.
And what can change when we finally feel safe enough to slow down and listen.

The more I teach Pilates, the more I see the connection to the work I do through Altha Align.
Both are about so much more than performing an exercise correctly.

They’re about helping you understand your body.
Building awareness.
Recognizing your patterns.
And creating confidence in the way you move.

Whether I’m teaching a room full of people or working with someone personally, my intention is the same: To help you feel more connected to your body —and more capable within it.

That’s why it feels so special that I’ll now be seeing Altha Align clients inside the same space where I’ve spent the past year teaching Pilates.

I’m incredibly grateful to SESH for trusting me as an instructor and now making space for this next chapter of my work.
It feels full circle in the best way.

One space.
Two expressions of the same purpose:
