Ladies in August I was approached to tell my story in a lovely local magazine, “Donegal Life” September issue.

People often think as me a super confident but in this scenario I was stripping it all back to tell about my life and the many challenges we had along the way. So my photos felt real and slightly emotional for me as I realised the journey that brought me to the girl in the image. There was only 1 person I could trust with that task and it was @cliveodonohoe Clive is the most sincere and gentle photographer who I have used many times over the years for family projects. Clive is our lead photographer in @mcelhinneys and makes me feel instantly comfortable.

@lynsey.mcgarrigle.carlin was always going to be my go to for styling and she knows my style and shape better than anyone as she works with me on my 5@5 channel.

All the fabulous clothes were from McElhinneys winter season and with the best crew it felt slightly less daunting.

I am proud of myself on my 50th year and how far we have come and also my own personal achievements of getting into my best shape of my life with my sister @taragrimesfitness

Grateful for so much and if you do fancy reading my story we do have a link to buying the magazine on our website.

Let me know and I can DM you the link.

Much love for gratitude for all the love and for following me along the way.

For my 50th birthday I gifted myself my health and my family and friends a better and healthier version of myself.

My sister @taragrimesfitness started coaching me on 1st January and after many hours in @railway_gymlifford and lots of support and guidance from @taragrimesfitness I am 2 stone lighter and 2 dress sizes down and I promised myself I would get back into a bikini on my 50th birthday and so proud of myself that I did.

What a day I have had so far, grateful to our forever friends @oneill_aisling @marko.neill for creating the most magical birthday for me and I have many more spam coming but for now a proud 50 year old in a bikini and a few pics of our day ❤️

Special thanks to my wonderful husband @devenneyjason who supported me from day 1. by @devenneysandra

It’s #LoveDonegalDay today and it speaks for itself when we have a special day dedicated to us.

Here, the landscape is not simply something you see,it is something you feel.

It gets under your skin, stays in your heart, and calls you home.

From world famous music festivals to deserted beaches we have it all.

Join me as I was invited down to @letterkenny_medics to try the new IV Therapy Service they offer.

I made contact a few weeks back asking for more information and Dr Mohammed kindly invited me to come and trial it. The Clinic is first class in terms of services and medicak expertise and its demands are managed by my good friend @gabriellesdiary

I was really impressed by the comprehensive consultation explaining why IV Therapy works faster than my everyday supplement and what was best for my needs as someone who routinely takes supplements and focused on wellbeing.

I felt it was perfect timing at the end of a long busy summer and also it allows me to give my body a boost of immunity before Autumn/Winter.

Each patients needs are different and prices vary on specific needs.

Below are the benefits of IV Drip..

💧 Improved immune health
💧 Boosts Energy
💧 Improves symptoms of depression
💧 Improves anxiety
💧 Improves mental clarity and cognitive function
💧 Reduces symptoms of migraines
💧 Reduces symptoms of asthma
💧 Improves allergies
💧 Combats fatigue
💧 Accelerates healing
💧 Maintains muscle and tissues
( All informations from LM website)

As I age I have become focused on my mental and physical health and wellbeing as this body and mind has to take us into old age. In return I get a healthier version of me.
