Quietly, 2026 has been one of the most impact years of my music career, at the spry and youthful age of 45! What’s funny, is I’m not chasing ANYTHING. I’m being obedient to God’s calling on my life and just making art for fun, therapy, and inspiration. Ever since I stopped “chasing” the keys, God started opening more and more doors.

Shouts to @shade45 @thepunchlineacademy @dainphamusamadeuz @ontheradarradio @djeclipsersc @massefx.network @chinatownsoundtv @bubstyles @dre1sinceday1 @rodneygshh & @livefromthecaddy

8 NATIONAL platforms, 5 cities, and over 250 DIFFERENT rhymes. Enjoy, and let me know which verse was the best!

“We all have dreams and goals, but are we willing to sacrifice and put in the work to wield those dreams into reality?” - @devinecarama leading one of our weekly in-school mentoring groups in partnership with Fayette County Public Schools! taken in Lexington, Kentucky by @devinecarama

Happy Birthday, baby girl!!!!!! My beautiful, talented, intelligent, charismatic, charming, dedicated, driven, unique, and God-fearing daughter, @ollicespaulding , turns 25 years old today! She’s my oldest... My girl dad journey started with her. I’m so extremely proud of her! She had a big show at New York City’s legendary venue, SOB’s last night! She is still making things happen in music, dance, and theater in the big city. If you’d like to be a blessing to her, hit that Venmo at @Ollice by @devinecarama

It’s no secret that when it comes to art I’m not the biggest A👁️ fan. I do respect opportunities and possibilities that it fosters, but I don’t like the fact that in some aspects it replaces the ARTIST. While I support and understand the benefits and creativity centered around A👁️, I haven’t grown to a place yet where I’m comfortable using it yet. I still like the grind, the sacrifice, and the sentiment of paying an artist to do something that they were created to do. I’ve always been a little slow to evolution and change, I must admit. But sometimes the THING is just the thing... Feel me?

With that said, check out my new animated video for, “The Chosen ONE” HERE -

“The video is a glimpse at the inner workings of a black artist trying to translate his past, present and future within society. Not individually, but as a black man given a world to navigate. As artists, we try to use our work to communicate and understand our reality. We see our artist do this in real time as he uses his sketchbook to speak his truth. “ - @bmad100s

“So many of the issues with our young boys starts with a lack of emotional intelligence. Don’t be so focused on teaching our boys to be strong, that we forget to let them know that it’s ok to FEEL.” - @devinecarama taken in Lexington, Kentucky by @devinecarama

What an amazing day to discover some new music! With that said, “Legacy Minded Men” (previously released on Bandcamp only) will be available on ALL STREAMING sites at MIDNIGHT. My brothers Corey Dunn, @presidentofblkamerica , @tony.wavy , @bakinsodablu , and @rekshiphop are on the album, talking about everything from surviving the streets and jail to finding God and building community. Hopefully that makes sense. I love you. Peace..

Yesterday, 3/4 of the @onelexingtonky team had the opportunity to testify in front of the Juvenile Justice Oversight Council at the State Capital in Frankfort, KY, to talk about the work that our community does to address youth and young adult gun violence in Lexington. While we still have much more work to do, others have taken notice of the collective progress we have in our city over the last 5 years and want to partner with us to see that work expand. We talked about our “All Hearts On Deck” strategy, our in-school mentoring programs in partnership with Fayette County Public Schools, how the city’s crisis response works, the importance of formerly system-involved individuals being able to facilitate programs in the schools and much more.

Thankful for @mayorgorton and past and present city councils for the continued support and commitment to addressing this issue. We hope to see that support grow in the coming year so that we can truly address root causes at the core.

Our hope and prayer is that lawmakers can build policies and laws that not only provide our most vulnerable young people with accountability, but restoration as well. In order for a community to be “safe”, it has to actively HEAL. taken in State Capitol Building by @devinecarama
