The class is over, the music is off and I’m STILL thinking about it 😭😂😂

You have a whole plan, you give the cues, you demonstrate the moves… and somebody decides they’re at their own private training session 🫠🤣

Group fitness instructors, check in! 🎤😂 Where are my people?! I KNOW I’m not the only one 🤣

Let’s be REAL for a second…🗣️💕

Life be LIFE-ING! Between work, motherhood, relationships, responsibilities and everything else on our plates, finding time for ourselves can feel impossible at times.

I GET IT‼️

But here’s the hard truth… 👀

We will show up for everybody else, work those long shifts, handle everybody’s needs and pour into everything around us. Then when it comes to doing something for OURSELVES 👀 ??
Suddenly, we don’t have the time. 🥴

WE GOTTA DO BETTER FOR US TOO 💯‼️

You don’t need a perfect schedule. You don’t need hours in the gym. You don’t have to change your entire life overnight.

Start with ONE hour. Start with 30 minutes. Start with whatever you can realistically commit to.

But START. And keep showing up for yourself 💪🏽

Because your health matters. Your goals matter. And YOU matter outside of everything you do for everybody else.

Consider this your loving reminder AND your tough love for today 💋🍑

LMAOOOO 😭😂 Listen… you can tell me ALL about it‼️

You can sigh. You can roll your eyes. You can ask me WHY we’re doing this exercise. You can even look at me like I personally ruined your day. 🤣🤣 I’m all for it

But guess what… ⁉️

WE. STILL. GOT. ONE. MORE. SET 🍑💪🏽

My job is to push you beyond what you think you can do while making sure we’re moving with intention and good form!

Now be honest… 👀 Are you the client complaining through the whole workout or the trainer who already has the next exercise ready? 😂👇🏽

DM “PEACH” if you’re ready to put in that work! 🍑🧡
