My first kid-free day since becoming a mama, and of course I spent it doing something I LOVE! 😭💕💪🏾

Being surrounded by so many beautiful, strong women who share a love for health and fitness was EVERYTHING! The energy, the workouts, the community… was exactly what I needed! 🥹

Motherhood is a huge part of who I am, but so is fitness. It felt so good to get out, connect with other women, and pour a little love back into myself. 🫶🏾

Thank you @prettygirlssweat for such an amazing experience! Definitely won’t be my last! 💕

Thank you to the women I met for making the experience even better!💖

🍏🥕🍋 IT’S OFFICIALLY JUICING SEASON, MY AMAZING PEOPLE!!
💜🥰Before we jump into the hustle, bustle, and indulgences of the holiday season, how about we take a moment to pour something GOOD back into ourselves?
And I mean that LITERALLY! 🥬🍍
Fresh juicing has been one of my favorite ways to reconnect with my health and become more intentional about what I’m putting into my body.

When made with fresh fruits and vegetables, juices can provide a beautiful infusion of:

🌱 Vitamins, minerals & antioxidants
🌱 Hydration and plant-based nutrients
🌱 Nutritional support for your overall wellness
🌱 An opportunity to slow down and become more mindful of your eating habits.

As we move closer to the holidays, I want to encourage you to start prioritizing your health NOW. 👉🏽Don’t wait until January to begin taking care of the body that’s carrying you through every season of your life.
🥰💜 LET ME MAKE YOUR NEXT JUICE RESET WITH LOVE!
✨These tasty fresh juices are made with real fruits and vegetables. No unnecessary additives. Just fresh, colorful goodness prepared with intention.
📩 DM ME “JUICE RESET” and let’s talk about getting some fresh goodness into your wellness routine!
Because putting yourself FIRST is not a seasonal resolution. It’s a daily commitment. 💜

What it’s like being a mom

Who says you had to choose between yourself, your goals and your baby? Why can’t you choose all three?

Anyways I was constantly trying to workout when my baby was taking her nap so I can enjoy my workouts and my alone time like I used to. But now sometimes I just go ahead and get it done when she’s up because lately her naps don’t be as predictable anymore, sometimes she still take both her naps and sometimes she only takes one. That and it’s like why not let her watch her mommy workout so she can start learning as well.

You don’t have to choose…just learn to balance it and work with what you got.
