When everything comes together in a beautiful moment of clarity.

One of the most unbelievable sunsets and a day where everything seemed to align all at once.

Trust your gut and LET GO - From 2 Staff to 23 in 1 Year Across 4 Businesses 🙌

Last year this time I was struggling with the direction of my company and life.

Financially we were doing well but I didn't feel I was on the right path. We had a successful 6 figure agency but I wasn't feeling super aligned.

In November, I let go of nearly 70% of my clients - packed my bags and went to Bali with 0 plan.

The Mantra - "Be a Human Being Not A Human Doing"

Fast forward to today - as of tomorrow we will have 23 staff across 4 different businesses and feeling incredibly blessed to have a team really living the mission and vision of "Deep Meaningful Relationships".

I was told it wasn't possible to run multiple companies, that I would burn out, that managing a big team would be difficult.

Its all bullshit!

If you want to accomplish a massive mission you can't do it alone and you sure as hell cannot sit on the sidelines listening to the naysayers.

If you want to do something deemed impossible - you need to take things into your own hands and COMPLETELY LET GO AND TRUST YOUR GUT. 💯

Face the pain and use it as a catalyst for growth. (But don't let it consume you!)

Next week, I’ll be announcing the acquisition of a new nationwide company in the hospitality industry.

Completely aligned with my core values and ultimately helping people celebrate one of the most important days of their life.

Here's to the next chapter!

This summer was… a lot ☀️

Papa sold his company 🥂
Mama got her citizenship 🇨🇦
And one tiny member of the family somehow grew 8 teeth in one month 🦷😅

Big milestones, big changes, sleepless nights, celebrations, endings, new beginnings - and a whole lot of life packed into one summer

Feeling grateful, a little exhausted, and very ready to see what comes next ❤️ by @dewanbayney

So what used to be about me helping founders communicate their gifts online… has now moved on to demystifying something else entirely..

Right now, I’m focused on helping an 90,000+ person community cut through the noise in dog nutrition.

This is a glimpse of the tools we’re building calculators that strip away the guesswork and the pharma gatekeeping.
The mission: put real data back in people’s hand

I didn’t leave my agency to sell another product.
I left to go to war with two broken empires:
1. Pet food giants hiding behind marketing
2. “Natural health” influencers pushing unverified bro-science

Because no one on either side is building tools that actually put power in the hands of pet owners.
So I did.

I’ve helped hundreds of businesses over the last 10 years fix broken systems.
But this one?
This one was too important to walk past.

So I left the agency world in January.
Walked away from marketing for hire.
(Because I was part of the problem, honestly.)

And I built the thing everyone else kept avoiding.

The raw feeding space is a mess:
❌ Opinions shared like facts
❌ Zero verification
❌ Recycled content
❌ No standards. No system.

I stepped into @rawfeeding101 late 2023 as a partner — not as a coach.
I came in as a builder.

A founder with 10 years of execution.
Someone who’s been called into monster companies to untangle chaos and rebuild.

And when the original founder stepped away?
I didn’t flinch.
I shut the agency down.
And planted my flag.

Not to sell a PDF.
Not to make noise.
To build infrastructure.

This isn’t my first swing:
✅ Kindle software (8 years ago) — profitable
✅ Finance SaaS — shut down by regulation

Two swings. Two lessons.

This is swing three.
But the first that’s fully mine.

The last 4 months:
✅ NRC-aligned engine
✅ USDA-verified ingredients
✅ Transparent nutrient logic
✅ Auditable backend
✅ Built from scratch — no fluff

This isn’t a prettier calculator.
It’s the system that should’ve existed all along.

I still run the DJ company.
I still run the gym.

But this?
This is the software company I was meant to build.

Private Beta launches Monday.
And after 10+ years in the game…
I’m betting it all on this. taken in Penticton, British Columbia by @dewanbayney
