Technology is simplifying every task of essentially every industry. So do you think we'll soon be running agencies or any organization without employees?

I believe we still need human input in every task. So I try to make my employees' lives easier and encourage them to invest in themselves and get paid to think.

I do this because creativity can never be automated or commoditized. The strategy makes the difference, and technology won't think for you to make things better.

That is why we practice getting paid to think and invest in ourselves at my organization. It motivates them and gets better results!

So, do you think organizations will start replacing employees with tools in the future? Let me know in the comments below!

I believe every entrepreneur's first hire should be an executive assistant.

I can definitely say my executive assistant has been the most important hire I've made as an entrepreneur. 💯

The problem with being a solopreneur is you have to take care of EVERY aspect of the business, be it sales, marketing, or finance. And for a visionary like myself, it was impossible for me to free up bandwidth to focus on growing the business. 😥

At first, you might think about how you're going quantify having somebody working for you for X amount of hours a day. And questions like filling up their time and tasks will follow.

But with time they will start freeing up your time and organizing everything so you can focus on the most important task, solving the biggest problems within your company.

If you want to scale up your business but you aren't getting enough time to think and take action towards it, hire an executive assistant and free up your time! 😀

Do you have an executive assistant or want to hire one? Comment below! 💭

Realistically €100 a day you could travel the world indefinitely.
It is so obscenely easy to make this online with a product or service you love that actually helps people.

When I get back I’m starting a YouTube series specifically for this problem. I met so many people on this trip that would kill to be able to do this but just don’t know how.
And no it’s not being a travel influencer or instagram celebrity - real services or products.
I’ll give it away for free - I don’t care to make money on how to build an agency or anything related to that.
This trip has opened my eyes - 90% of people that have not been exposed to the online business world. It’s so hard to see that when you are immersed in it daily.
And for myself I’ve realized I’ve barely lived my life there is so much world to see.
Setting a 90 day goal for another 2 weeks on the road at the end of it.

Letting go of a ton of material possessions / scaling down so I can scale up the things that really makes me happy. Shared experiences and human connection. **** I’ll be launching a mastermind
Agency is still up in the air (maybe only do work for people in the mastermind)
I want to throw events for entrepreneurs

Hospitality and connecting others is where my heart truly lies.
